Dr. Rupp and her team have cared for two of our senior babies. At each visit, the entire team has been kind and attentive. This past week, our little girl had a grand mal seizure and the neurologist recommended an urgent cardiology recheck. I called Dr. Rupp’s office that Friday afternoon and asked for help getting her seen immediately. They made room for us to come in as an emergency appointment for a full cardiology evaluation. Everyone from the front desk staff to the nurses and the doctors were kind, understanding, and most importantly sweet and gentle with our 22 year old kitty who was having a terrible couple of days. They let her stay in her stroller with her toys while she waited between tests and even administered her medicine because it was due in the middle of her appointment. The waiting room is clean and quiet, they have WiFi access and a large clean restroom, and there are a couple of places to get a coffee or food in the plaza.

I cannot stress enough how strongly I urge you not to take your pet here. My dog came back to me hurt, afraid, and drugged because these people would rather muzzle, injure, and force their way through care rather than accept help from you to keep your loved one calm and then when that doesn't work, just sedate them cause of their ego. Maybe if you have a 10lb dog, they won't be able to hurt them but if you have an elderly dog with any sort of fragility due to neurological issues or orthopedic issues and they get scared without you at the vet, these people will hurt your animal far more than they will help. The level of regression caused by their uncalled for behavior in my dog is criminal. It's 3 days since the visit and he's still limping and coughing and won't eat from what they did. They will claim they can't let you help due to legality or liability, they are lying. There's plenty of veterinarians and veterinary cardiologists that will allow you to help keep your animal calm and amiable and stay with them throughout the entire care process if you wish. I told them a dozen times how fragile he is and if I'm there, he won't be nervous at all. They do not care, they are all ego. Do not go here, you've been warned as sternly as I can.

Dr Rupp and Kristen (the cardio nurse) in the Pompano Beach office were so involved and compassionate with the care of my dog who had a cardiac episode. They spend all the time that I needed to have one-on-one consultations with me and explained everything that I will need to know moving forward with her care. They didn’t rush me, they were so knowledgeable, kind and compassionate and they made me and my baby feel special. The staff is just as amazing and professional. When you are experiencing a real tough situation and prognosis, you want people like this office to be there for you.

In am leaving this review here because this establishment is owned/operated by a vet who is the wife of the vet of my AG and was for almost 20 years. Because of unforseen circumstances which l understand, he closed his practice suddenly without notice or advising pet owners. He left a message on the business social.media page that medical records can be obtained from the company listed. This company has no records and does not know of the vet. Left message at this business for that vet and no response. The business has a responsibility to reply with whatever answer they can with such an important inquiry and assist in any way they can.

My dog Malka Rodriguez recently passed away last night and without this office she would have not been able to live the 2 years she did. I am very thankful for the staff and the doctor and their hard work. I recommend any of my friends and family to come here. Malka had stage 4 heart disease and I was told my dog was going live 6-12 months. Turns out she lived 2 years and I’m beyond blessed and thankful for the time I had with her and it would have not been that long without the help from the doctor and the staff. They were always on top of Malka and her health which made me feel good. I really recommend this office and it was worth every penny I spent. Thank you guys again for everything ♥️.
