Sand Lake Animal Clinic has been taking care of all their health needs for many years, with excellence and uttermost professional skills! Our puppies love Dr Rivera! I relocated to Florida from NY and was searching to find a great Veterinarian clinic. I discovered Sand Lake Animal Clinic. Sand Lake Animal Clinic turned out to be the best choice for me…I absolutely love and appreciate Dr. Rivera, he’s so amazing 😍. He’s very knowledgeable, informative, very loving and gentle with my furbaby Chi-Chi 🥰. No matter the amount of questions and or concerns Dr.Rivera will always answer all of your questions, concerns and he also gives you a sense of peace if your apprehensive or on the fence about anything. If you have any issues, problems and or concerns after an appointment, rest assured that he will definitely get back to you if you call and leave him a message. Dr. Rivera’s warm, bubbly disposition and personality is so very welcoming. I couldn’t ask for a better Vet for my Chi-Chi 🥰. Most of the staff is nice. I also adore Lacey and Shaina, they both are very welcoming, helpful and very friendly when you enter the facility. If you have any questions and or concerns regarding your bill fees, next scheduled appointments and or what shots is needed and when rest assured they will answer all of your questions, give you a break down and remind you ahead of time what’s next and when. It’s a bonus as far as a business when the entire staff is nice, most times if it’s a great doctor sometimes the staff sucks. I’m happy that this isn’t the case with Sand Lake Animal Clinic. Thank you Sand Lake Animal Clinic , Dr.Rivera, Lacey, Shaina and staff for taking care of my Chi-Chi each and every time we have an appointment, I appreciate it. My dog had a recent medical emergency . I went to Sand Lake Animal Clinic with my pet for help.Thankfully, we were ushered, before hours, into the animal hospital.The veterinarian, Dr. Jon Nash DVM, immediately took my pet, myself, and a family member into a pet examination room .The veterinarian and his assistant immediately took charge of our little dog. Quickly and carefully, Dr.Nash performed his examination and assessed his findings. The Dr. carefully explained to my family member and I what he discovered from the very careful examination on our pet. He offered various courses of treatments. My family member and I made our decision based upon what Dr. Nash had offered. Happily, now, a peaceful week after our frightful experience with our pet and its emergency, I am happy to relate that our little dog is doing much better. I am very positive that Dr.Jon Nash, DVM and his helpful assistant are the reason. Thank you for your kindness. Sand lake animal clinic has been our go to vet for years. They even helped us put down our oldest dog last year. The empathy showed by all their employees was very much appreciated . From the time they gave us leading up to the moment to after he was gone to the time we picked up his ashes. All was very kind. They also have treated all our other cats and dogs thru the years.
