Riverside Animal Hospital

My boy needed to establish with a vet as he is 3 and was having some eye discharge. I called and they gave me the earliest appointment for next day. No deposit or holding fees like some other places. They requested I am all his medical records and come a little early to fill out short paperwork. As soon as I walked in the door my boy and I were greeted with warm smiles and a welcome bag. This included toys, treats, and sample hills science diet food! I was blown away. Of course they had coffee for all clients and the staff seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. Establishment is also very clean and comfortable for even the most skittish of pets (and owners). Prince was immediately taken into a room. Dr. Dawson was fantastic, you can tell he is very great and gentle with animals. He let Prince smell all the instruments before checking his ears and mouth and always gave him a little pet after. Prince behaved so well and didn’t even flinch when he got his shots! Will definitely be coming back for his annual next year! Dr. Dawson was very helpful and answered all questions. The vet and his assistant were kind and gentle with my puppy and very helpful overall. The front desk ladies were welcoming and explained all the info perfectly.

Just got back from Riverside animal hospital and they were over all amazing. From the moment I walked in they were attentive and friendly to me and my kitten. The doctor you can tell was a real animal lover and he was super patient with all my questions and thorough with my cat. I left feeling educated and not misunderstood. The staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Upon leaving they gifted me a goodie bag for my cat with treats, food, and toys and i kid you not my Lily has not stopped playing with the toys. 10/10 would recommend.

Very accommodating, great attitudes, excellent doctors was able to bring my dog in without an appointment for an emergency. Highly recommend Riverside animal hospital!

Always a good experience. Shadow needs Cytopoint shots for her allergies and they are always able to take us in last minute. Very friendly and helpful staff.
