This is a vet that really CARES more about the animals than the $. I’ve taken both of my dogs here for over 10 years and recommend them to everyone. Mehhhhh. My dog is a tough cookie. She’s terrified of nail clipping. This is by far the scariest encounter or attempt to get my fur baby inside. They wrapped a shoe string around her neck - she PULLED AND PULLED and they tugged and tugged. I immediately asked if there was not a real collar that could be used. That has to be painful no? The methods of getting unruly dogs inside the facility needs to be HELPED. They basically dragged my dog by the neck with this string. My dog is 65lbs mind you. I hope this changed ASAP.

Been seeing Dr. McColeman since before River Run and I wouldn't trade him for anyone else. I have been through 4 dogs with him and always always had good and trustworthy service by him and his amazing staff. And always make themselves available by phone or walk in. Most importantly my dogs feel comfortable with him and staff.

Everyone here treats my pet Jordan with so much patience. I know my pet is hard to deal with and I’m always appreciative that everyone here including Dr. McColman are willing to take care of Jordan and treat him appropriately. I was completely displeased with the way my schnauzer was treated. I was sure to ask all questions regarding sedation for grooming, knowing that my dog was mistreated in a previous life. I asked for a schnauzer cut, nails, and teeth to be cleaned. What I got was a novice groomer shave off all the hair from my dogs face without contacting me. Their excuse was that he was aggressive- so why did I pay $62+ for sedation? The dog was not even brushed. And looks traumatized. Over all I paid 116 for something I could gotten at PetSmart for 45. When I complained all I got was excuses vs telling me that we will take of this, or let us meet half way. Nooo, they wanted me to pay first before I saw my dog. Beware!!!
