The team here is fantastic and took great care of my feline friend. He had entropion, and the team were able to get him taken care of now he’s following me everywhere with no pain. Lol. Thank you!

I give them one star only for trying to help out my dog with they lie the whole beginning they say my dog wouldn’t go blind for a while, which nobody can’t predict that, but they are still seeing her and she end up going blind and then the day I had her two weeks before had to put her down from dementia she’s 14 1/2 years old they told me that she was already blind and that so basically they just took my money and lied to me I would not trust this place. If you need to eye specialist there’s no more but this one here you have to go somewhere else I will not bring my dog there. They’re not friendly all they worry about is the money they don’t really care for your animals and they make up lies . I would not suggest you to bring your dog to this place. You’re supposed to be that I help animals out. I know my dog I eventually was gonna go blind, but she was already going blind during the process and they lied and said she could still see out of it when I knew she couldn’t already so my primary doctor told me the truth at the end of the day. Don’t go to them if I was you. they don’t even send you any cards apologizing if your dog has passed away or if your dogs getting sick I told him my dog was really sick and I had to take them to her primary, which was more important than the eye situation because she had dementia they could care less i’m sorry about your dog sickness and then I told him that my dog passed away cause they called me to make another appointment and they didn’t really act like they even cared. I told him I had to put my dog down and I started crying on the phone with them all I think they were wearing about was is that next appointment for that next big dollar that they’re making off of me thousand dollars later they screw me over they should’ve sent a card apologizing or saying that they were sorry for my loss of my dog and calling me like I said to see if I could do the appointment for my dogs eye and I said that’s impossible. She’s no more longer here. 🤦🏻‍♀️🙏🏼😥

I bring my husky here for preventive care for glaucoma! Dr. Martinez and her resident Dr. Bertram are wonderful and caring. I love all the staff and how much time and care they pour into your fur babies!

I waited awhile to write this review. I found another Dr, not in this practice, who has given my Yorkie better care and have way better results success than she ever did at AEGs for 5 years. That’s not why I left actually. It was because of the highly toxic behavior of staff. After my stepdad passed away I became caretaker of my parent’s dog with an eye condition. I went through a brutal interrogation when I called to get her records updated. Ok fine. They are protective. I can overlook that. However she was running low on an eye Medication and it needed to be picked up, but alas, I was very ill at the time - due to stress and grieving. I explained to them I will be in as soon as I’m able. Well I got harassed (I do not write this word lightly) every single day for nearly a week. They kept saying this is compounded and will expire. Well it expires after a YEAR. Not a week. I didn’t appreciate while I was reeling from a great personal loss on top of a stomach bug these highly unsympathetic staff harassing me every day by phone to come get the drops. I explained I would be in as soon as I could drive. It was abusive and infuriating. I picked up the meds eventually and I found a great new doctor. I would never go back to a practice that treats owners this way. I did write to the owner (swinger) and never got a response. I did get an apology from someone within the practice. There’s no excuse for this being an acceptable way to treat pet owners.

Animal Eye Guys helped my Baby when she had an eye injury. They even loaned me a pet carrier after no charge to bring her back and forth for follow up. Wonderful staff from the receptionist to the Doctors.
