CAREFUL!!! If you dont’t want your dog to go blind or die, DO NOT take her here, DR MARTÍNEZ , the WORST!!for taking money and recommending wrong procedures to later deny that he gave, them when there are Medical récords And emails that prove it, she is a LIAR!! Play whit your pet’s Health just to make IRRESPONSIBLE profits! Who gave you the licenses?are BAD!! Legal measures must be taken ti stop their MALPRATICE!!!

When I say this is the worst encounter I have experienced with a “vet” in my 25 years of having a dog, it is. Extremely unprofessional and poorly run practice. Had an appointment set up with “Dr.” Martinez for a whole week. Show up to drop off my puppy because the protocol is to drop off at 8:30 am... cannot even enter the office. Did not get one update from them about my dog while he was there. 6 pm (their closing time) comes around. I show up and call them since they won’t come to the door. They say my dog will be right out. Wait 30 minutes... i knock on their door. Woman comes out and tells me they aren’t sure when he will be ready to pick up. I ask her what does she mean? I emphasize they are closed at this point, and I had dropped him off at 9 am, what were they doing the entire time??? I then had the vet call and tell me she performed a bunch of analysis procedures which we had told her before we even dropped him off that he didn’t need done, as he had already had these done at the general vet visit he had the previous week. She told us she understood, yet still performed it anyway so she could charge us an extra 1,000 dollars. We then let her this is illegal. That they are required to ask permission before doing anything. She responds “well I already did it.” DO NOT SEND YOUR ANIMAL HERE. She doesn’t care about animals, all she cares about is overcharging so she can make money on unnecessary consultations and tests. I have never seen someone try to take advantage of people as much as this “vet”. Go anywhere else.

CAUTION!! Dr. Jessica Martinez works out of this office, and in 20+ years of having dogs, she is the coldest, most rushed, rudest vet I have ever encountered. I drove almost an hour for an appointment to seek her care for my senior dog suffering with glaucoma, and she could not have cared any less. I was scared for my dog, and she was extremely cold. She ignored my questions about medications as well as my concerns, even when I said my dog wasn’t eating. She wouldn’t even see me in a room even though I had an appointment; she glared at me impatiently as I stood in the lobby trying to beg for help. It was the end of the day, and she was far more interested in leaving than doing anything to help my poor dog. What was the point of making the appointment? She refused to keep it! Never again.

Dr. Swinger is the best! The compassion, accessibility, medical knowledge and expertise towards my beloved dog, Lily's unusual illness leaves me without any reservation to recommend Animal Eye Guys to anyone who loves their pet.

Any Veterinarian that requires your debit card information to schedule an appointment is a HUGE red flag. This is a doctor that cares about money and not the animal.
