Redland Animal Hospital

My name is Daisy Grigg, David is my husband and we started attending this hospital since we adopted our very unique, “i do what i want, but i love and protect my family” dog, Milo. He’s a rat terrier now about 9 years old we would say. We can’t say enough about this facility and everyone who works here. They have treated Milo and us like family. Very professional, very caring, attentive and always concerned. Milo needed dental work and was postponed 3 times due to other issues that would occur with him but when finally performed, we ALL couldn’t be happier at how smoothly it went. He’s a strong dog despite his size and not easy to work with as he was adopted and has trust issues but he loves Missy and has taken to everyone there. The doctors are open to speaking with the families, the reception is always cheerful even when you are worried making the process so much easier. Milo is still not 100% but he’s getting the care he needs both at home and at Redland. Every animal is treated with respect, love and dignity. We absolutely love this hospital and everyone in it. I don’t have names i wish i did but they all know who they are, even those that have to struggle to cut his nails lol. We highly recommend this facility, know that when you have to leave them there for the day, they are cared for as if they are at home. Thank you for taking care of our children because that’s what they are but with fur❤️🙏🏻

I want to sincerely thank everyone at Redland Animal Hospital their willingness to go the extra mile, and for for the kindness they showed. Cannot say enough good things. They (Julie) got me in for an exam the same day when I called for a last minute appointment for my furbaby, who I felt absolutely needed to be seen asap. Dr. Bushnell & her staff are the absolute BEST, they helped calm my anxiety, they treated my baby lovingly and explained everything in terms that were easy to understand. The whole staff made me feel amazing, and the care my dog got was awesome. Dr. Bushnell is very patient, friendly, and knowledgeable she explained everything beforehand and is very thorough. I absolutely love this vet. SHE IS AMAZING!!! My Chewie baby got himself a new vet. Highly highly recommend 🐶👏

This place was an extraordinary choice to put our beloved family dog to sleep. They are caring, conscious and have a good heart. Highly recommend it.

One of the saddest moments in my life the day I ran into this hospital crying that my dog was dying and to please help me. It was and still is the most painful day when my dog died. The staff moved into action right away and took her in. Thank you, to all the medical staff and vet and the front office. I'll never forget how you shared my pain and showed so much compassion.

Absolutely amazing folks that really take their time with you. They are kind, empathetic, listen well, communicate effectively, and truly seem compassionate. They offered a lot of love and care for our Lucy Lu. Truly amazing people and I don’t say that lightly since I typically heavily dislike any doctor of any kind.
