I just wanted to share how wonderful my experience was at Pou Veterinary Group. The staff was incredibly caring and friendly. Bri was absolutely AMAZING—so sweet and attentive! Dr. Pou was fantastic with my dog, Biggie. He treated him with so much kindness and gave us his honest opinion, which I truly appreciated. Everyone made us feel so comfortable, and it was clear how much they care.It's hard to find this level of care and kindness these days, and I’ll definitely be coming back, even if it means driving a longer distance. Thank you for everything!!!!

I couldn't be happier with Dr. Pou and the entire team at Pou Veterinary Group. We are always greeted with a smile and treated like the most important patients of the day. Our wait times are very reasonable, if they exist at all. I highly recommend taking your dog to see Dr. Pou!

Dr. Pou is amazing and all the staff is so friendly and welcoming! Nurse Jennifer is great and super sweet. My dog is always happy to come in. 10/10 recommend!

Note: This is my second review, with my first written seven years ago. On 11/12/24, my 8-year-old dog underwent a routine wellness exam. Due to his age and history of ACL repair, we opted for an X-ray. Within 12 hours, Dr. Pou informed me of the results—a mass was found in his spleen. He immediately coordinated with a specialist surgeon, and a splenectomy was scheduled for 11/19/24. On the day of surgery, we arrived at 8:30 AM, and the attentive staff quickly prepared my dog. By 10:30 AM, Dr. Pou called to update me on the successful procedure and my dog’s recovery progress. My dog remained under observation until 3:30 PM, when I picked him up. Dr. Pou personally reviewed the findings, including surgical photos, and ensured all my questions were answered. Amazingly, my dog was his usual happy self, even while sporting the “cone of shame.” Pathology results took a week to return, during which Dr. Pou and his staff stayed in close contact via email and phone. Once available, he personally called to discuss the results and future recommendations. Dr. Pou has cared for my dog his entire life, and my dog truly enjoys visiting him. Dr. Pou is thorough, compassionate, and exceptionally communicative. His staff consistently provides outstanding care, and scheduling last-minute appointments has never been an issue. I confidently recommend this office to other pet owners and have received only positive feedback from those I’ve referred. Regarding pricing, while it may be higher than some competitors, the quality of care is unmatched.

They are very good! The only ones that really care about your pet. I love that they have emergency care.
