It was a very scary experience with our doggita getting sick but everyone in the clinic made sure to comfort us and work with us through all of our issues to save our baby Eden. We are so very grateful for having her healthy and back to her playful self. Thank you so much to everyone starting with front desk to nurses and the doctors. They took such good care of her 🙏🏻🦮 P.S. photos go from right after surgery to today her being a usual hungry hippo🥹 P.P.S. It is expensive!!! But cmon people everything related to medicine - human or pet- is hella expensive in this country get yourself and All of your loved ones insured

My mom brought her dog to the vet for an ear infection, and the vet recommended an antibiotic treatment. When my mom asked for a prescription to get the medication elsewhere, the vet refused. I believe any vet who won’t provide a prescription upon request is being unreasonable. It’s common knowledge that vets often charge significantly more for medications, and this felt like an attempt to take advantage of someone who may not be aware of the price difference. It’s frustrating to see this kind of behavior, especially when it seems like they’re targeting elderly individuals or those who are less informed. If she could not afford the treatment, for a fact the vet will let my mom’s dog suffer. Terrible place.

Only vets I trust! AMAZING. They saved my cat after VCA Knowles almost killed him. This clinic actually cares and tries to help you and your animals. The goal isn’t money here, it’s caring for your pet

Please do not bring your cat there. Dr. Ivette Mendoza was openly arrogant and rude once she realized I am not able to pay for "Hospital Stay". I paid in advance all the lab works ( more than $500).When I started checking the invoice she became aggressive and said:" I not gonna steal from you". What if you go to a restaurant and you are checking the bill and the clerk jumps on you with the same attitude? My cat was treated roughly and Ivette even cut my cat nails without even asking for my permission. Ivette said she did it because my cat scratched her. My cat is an old, sick, and very passive one. My cat has never been aggressive towards no one and I regret not being present when the alleged scratching happened. Ivette Mendoza has a very entitled disrespectful attitude. For sure karma will bring Ivette Mendoza a lesson for life. And the place stinks like abandoned public restrooms.

We went yest @ 4:45 bec blue was having a terrible allergic reaction and after 8 years going there they didnt treat my emergency because they had too many dogs in there already. I must mention they close @ 5. All i needed was a shot (cytopoint) for the allergy. I took blue to another vet, ends up being that cytopoint shot was slowly killing blue and could be the reason for the tumors shes having 🥲
