I was attended by Daniela the receptionist she was sweet and explained everything to me clearly. The doctor is simply amazing. They took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment options and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Our puppy was treated with such love and care, and we could see how much everyone there truly loves animals. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and equipped with the latest technology. It's clear they go above and beyond to provide the best care possible. We left feeling confident that out per Mickey was in the best hands. Unfortunately, my experience at Panda Animal Clinic left a lot to be desired, and I feel it’s important for pet owners to know what to expect before bringing their animals here. The Pros: Let’s start with the positive. The male veterinarian (appeared) to be kind, knowledgeable, and experienced, and is great and making people feel guilty. I have few complaints about his medical expertise or demeanor—he seems to somewhat genuinely care about animals and knows what he’s talking about. The front desk staff is also very sweet, polite, and accommodating. I want to emphasize that the receptionists are doing their jobs well, and my issue is not with them at all. The Cons: Where this clinic really falls short is in how aggressively they try to upsell unnecessary services and products. While I understand that animal care can add up, I’ve been to enough veterinary clinics to know the difference between genuine recommendations and being pushed to spend more money. Here, the latter was the case. At every turn, it felt like I was being pressured into additional services, tests, or treatments that weren’t essential. This kind of behavior doesn’t sit well with me, especially when it feels exploitative of pet owners who just want the best care for their animals. The experience took a sharp turn for the worse with the vet assistant, who was, to put it bluntly, extremely rude. She was a Cuban lady who became visibly frustrated when I didn’t understand Spanish. I respect everyone’s right to speak their preferred language, but work with me here not everyone speaks Spanish, and patients (or clients, in this case) should not be made to feel bad or uncomfortable for not understanding another language. Her attitude was unprofessional, condescending, and completely out of line for someone working in a customer-facing role at a clinic where clear communication is critical. Overall Takeaway: If you’re looking for a knowledgeable vet, you might find that here, but it comes at the cost of being pushed into spending money on things you don’t need. While the front desk staff are kind and the vet himself is somewhat competent, the clinic’s approach to customer service and their upselling practices are enough to turn me away for good. On top of that, the behavior of the assistant made the experience unnecessarily uncomfortable and unwelcoming. It’s clear to me that this clinic has its priorities misaligned—focusing more on sales than providing a compassionate and stress-free experience for pet owners. I cannot recommend this place to others in good faith. If you care about transparency, professionalism, and fair treatment, I suggest you take your pets elsewhere.

She guided me through the check-in process, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure my pet received the best possible care. The clinic itself is clean, well-organized, and has a friendly atmosphere. Dr. Perales and the rest of the staff were equally impressive, providing thorough and compassionate care. I highly recommend Panda Animal Clinic for anyone looking for excellent veterinary services and outstanding customer support.

Loved this clinic from the staff to the doctors they did a eye removal surgery on my pet chihuahua and she’s been doing great ever since they gave me all the estimates on paper and explained the whole process in detail this clinic is definitely worth it
