Key West Vets and Pets

I was beyond thrilled with the care they gave to my 17 yearl old cat. She was in need of some maintenance. They handled her with care and patience. I greatly appreciate their kindness and the time they took to educate me and answer my questions. The last photo here is of her the next day. After I removed her bandages. She really bounce back well. Looking forward to bringing my precious Budha back to see you soon.

In Key West for a few months and our old gal, Riley, needed her Librella shot. Was able to call and get right in the same day. They were great and Riley's feeling much better!

We could not be happier with the service. We were visiting on vacation and came in with an emergency. EVERYONE dropped what they were doing to save my dog Leia. They didn’t even mention payment or billing or anything until everything was stable. The vets where I’m from will let your pet suffer until you can prove you have 1,000s of dollars. Great people here! Thank you!

Nothing but wonderful things to say about this establishment and its staff. We were on vacation and our little shih tzu girl was having trouble due to her heart condition. I called at 9:00 on a Monday morning and they saw her by 10:00! Everyone was so sweet and concerned. Dr. Thomas took wonderful care of us and our sweet girl. We went back a couple of days later so he could make sure she was doing well. I am happy to say we are back home in Texas and all is well. Thank you so much! They are doing some construction to the outside of the building, so you really have to look for it.

Horrible experience on July 18. To begin with I arrived at the appointment and there was no one at the desk so I sat there waiting. The entire time I was there construction was going on to the point that I needed earplugs. As a company dealing with fragile and sick animals you need to warn your clients that this is going on. This is just ridiculous. I was here along with my mother to get my dying cat x-rayed. This didn’t happen as the receptionist refused to give him his appointment because I was holding him. She refused to check him in and said that a dog could injure my cat if he wasn’t in a Kennel. I’m holding the cat securely in a blanket comforting him from the extreme noise this entire time. Any pet owner that cares at all for their pet would continue to hold and protect their pet if “a dog attacked” which let’s just take a moment and think about this, if you were a dog owner at a vet would you let your dog attack a cat? No. The logic behind her reasoning is truly a joke. The receptionist working for this company has no compassion and was extremely rude. Should the owner want to discuss this further I would be more than happy to do so. Your customer service needs improvement.
