All Animal Clinic

My dog was having grand mal cluster seizures, we rushed her to All Animal and were told there was not a doctor there and that they could legally do nothing. I expressed that this seemed like an oversight in their staff’s part, to which they replied “well I didn’t travel with a dog with a brain tumor”. If you cannot handle the stress of your job, it’s time for a career change. I have NEVER had an animal or human health care professional stoop to this level of pettiness. This isn’t an industry where the customer is always right, but this was 100% the worst bed side manner, or simply manners I have ever encountered in medicine.

My husband and I have a special needs Pharaoh Hound puppy who needed a local vet while we were in Key West for an extended stay. All Animal Clinic spoke with our local vet and our puppy's neurologist to make sure we were all on the same page for her blood work and possible required care. Everyone in the office was wonderful and took great care of Fera. They fit us in on the fly and handled the bloodwork she needed for her primary care office. Highly recommend. This will be who we use when we are in Key West full-time. Thank you so much for everything. Fera sends her love!

I went in to have blood work done on cat. When I made the appointment they said it would be $250 for the blood work and exam. When I checked out they said my bill was $688! My jaw hit the floor! I said what? I couldn't believe my ears. I'll never go back there again!

5 stars ++. There is nothing scarier than needing medical care for your dog when on vacation. From the first phone call to the after hours follow up call we just received, Dr. Bramson and her staff are amazing. Friendly, professional and caring in more than you could every ask for. I like it always making fast appointment and very attentive to pets and owners taking a good care. Always resolve the issues professionally! Highly recommend. I switched to this clinic because other was long waiting and too busy to give attention and care my pet needed.
