Just brought in my cat for her annual and had a great experience with the vet and vet tech. My cat loved them, so that’s a good sign! They were very upfront about the recommended procedures and their prices, but also didn’t pressure us at all to do them. GoodVets indeed!

This location has very friendly and helpful staff, from the front desk to the assistants and technicians as well as Dr Betancourt. My cat received a dental cleaning under anesthesia and communication was great regarding when her procedure was, how it went, and when to come get her. The only reason I took a star off was because when I returned home, my cat still had the thermometer cover stuck in her rectum. I know it would not have been life threatening. If she were a small dog and ate that or if it bundled up in her rectum and caused discomfort with her bowel movements, that would have sucked. I understand mistakes happen (and luckily this wasn’t a big one) and their practice of medicine and care seems to be good overall.

I have nothing but incredible things to say about both my nurse and my cat’s doctor Bentancourt. Despite my cat being difficult (I swear he’s a sweetheart at home!), they both did their best to make him feel comfortable and handled him with love and patience despite his uncooperative nature. I will definitely be back (and make sure he’s a calmer kitty!), and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Goodvets to any pet parent

New clinic - very clean and well run as I’ve never had to wait too long past my appointment time. My dog did vaccines and a dental cleaning here and everything went well. When we walk by, he always tries to go in so he must like it here!

Arrived 11 minutes late to our appointment. We’re told to fully reschedule on another date. Their “grace period” is 5 minutes. They did not work with us AT ALL after lugging our cat in the cold weather and being slightly delayed due to traffic—insisting that we rebook on an entirely different day. Meanwhile we saw the previous appointment-holders exit the exam room 14 minutes after our appointment’s exact booked time. Clearly they were just tightly booked and did not want to provide service to our cat. Do not recommend at all.

Very clean and well run practice. Thank you Dr. B for spaying my baby girl and treating her as if she were your own 🩷. Andre is always very welcoming when we come in. Nurse Kat and assistant Giles are also the GOAT 🐐

Unfortunately, despite having kind vets and staff, this business is really working hard to get the most money from its clients. In two visits, brought my dog in after calling them on the phone and they attempted to charge me greater than was previously promised by phone. I had to point out to them the error and then they addressed it. More recently, I brought my dog for her annual exam and address any concerns we had, get vaccines etc. Then a few weeks later her refill on her med was due so I called to get it filled, only for them to say she needs to come BACK to get bloodwork done if they want us to fill it (she’s been stable on refills of this med for over a year, and they knew what meds she was on at her annual exam). So we had to pay another visit fee for her to see a vet tech and come back in for bloodwork. They told me they would call me when it was ready, but they did not. They are also closed on Wednesdays, which is difficult when you are waiting on results and appointment times. Overall my experience has been frustrating - I unfortunately wouldn’t recommend.
