The staff was incredibly friendly, I had to reschedule my appointment day-of & they were super flexible and understanding. They also gave treats to my girl to make her more comfortable. Would 100% keep bringing my babies here if I weren't moving!

Regarding promotional information, while specific widespread campaigns might not be overtly detailed, several common practices and client-centric offers are often seen in veterinary clinics of this nature:

  • Referral Programs: Clinics often have "refer a friend" programs where both the existing client and the newly referred client receive a credit or discount on services after the new client's first visit. Some similar practices might offer a specific amount, for example, $50 off for both.
  • New Client Offers: Many cat-exclusive clinics will offer a special discount for a new client's first visit, such as a reduced initial consultation fee or a percentage off their first service, encouraging first-time visits.
  • Online Pharmacy Savings: Since they utilize an online pharmacy, there are often promotions such as auto-ship discounts on recurring orders and other savings on various products (e.g., flea and tick medications, specialized foods), offering convenience and cost savings.
  • Educational Resources: While not a direct discount, providing valuable online resources about feline health, behavioral tips, and nutritional advice serves as a promotional tool, building trust and positioning the clinic as an expert resource for cat owners.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Reviews mention the clinic's flexibility with appointments, which, while primarily a service feature, also acts as a significant draw for busy pet owners.

When our Miss Kitty passed away, the staff went absolutely above and beyond to take care of our every need. They are kind, professional, and can explain everything in a detailed but digestible way. Do yourself a favor and give this place a shot! :)

All of the people who work here care about your car very much. We had some issues with our cat peeing blood and they were super helpful in finding us an emergency vet. Hannah was very helpful and you can absolutely trust Dr.Wells being gentle to your cat like it鈥檚 her own. I would recommend this vet for someone looking for strictly feline care and a calmer environment to take your cats to the vet!
