Emergency Veterinary Care Centers

This place is amazing. We had called ahead and explained our situation with our cat who was not doing too well, and they gave us advice on whether to come in or not. No wait when we arrived, although I know that depends greatly on how many people are there at the time. They looked my kitty over and got him promptly to the back when he looked worse than imagined. Unfortunately, my kitty passed away rather unexpectedly, but the staff and vet were great in explaining step by step what was happening, price clarity, and allowed us as much time as we wanted to say goodbye. I know my sisters were not quiet in their grief and I apologize for the noise, but nobody came in to tell us to keep it down. Cost was very sensible in my opinion. Can't recommend this place and staff enough for your emergency vet needs, they are so very compassionate here! Gonna miss my sweet boy Melo but he was in great hands.

Clear communication throughout the process is what sets this place apart from other animal clinics Ive been to. *They also had what felt like genuine concern for the well-being of my pet, while still giving a realistic prognosis. Everyone we came in to contact w/ @ EVCC was exemplary; our admitting team really went above & beyond to put us at ease & explain/ answer all of our questions about the process, as well as remain incredibly patient with our frazzled state.

Overall experience with EVCC has been fantastic from the initial phone call to post surgery. Can't say enough how nice to have this local facility and its professionals in our area that cares for our pets. The Staffs expressed attentiveness to the details of the situation and took the time to explain our options and listened to our concerns. Having the ability to call the facility to check-in was a blessing to know that our fur baby is in a safe environment and surrounded by staff that truly cares. With our Golden Retriever Maverick winning an award for the biggest smile sums it up for us all! Thank you

Beautiful, clean, comfortable place to bring our dog. They really cared for our dog and the situation he was in. **UPDATE** I had to bring our dog in again for a different reason (infection/abscess). Clean, kind staff, and reasonable price for an emergency. Dr. Able and Dr. Burke were exceptional, but so was the Tech and the front desk. If I could remember all their names I would love to let them know. Excellent service!!

I am very thankful to have such an excellent Emergency Vet located in Holland. All of the staff were amazing (receptionist, technicians and doctors). Transparency of medical care and associated costs were shared at all times while excellent and compassionate care was given to our very sick pup Ollie. Ollie even fell in love with one of the technicians who took such good care of him, I believe her name is Emily.
