Dr Lane takes time to listen and discuss medical issues, cures and treatments. You can see how much he loves his patients and they love him. My dog is relaxed and trusts Dr Lane, as do I.

EDIT: This review did have a response from the owner. Which is now missing. After posting this review I received my pets records within less than 24hours. I did not receive a call to ask what could have been done better, or if I would like to speak with someone. No I received a copy paste response from a marketing company (I’ve seen them many times as I have worked in vet med and just left the field 2 years ago), stating that the bloodwork was needed. Upon review of my record, the bloodwork I mentioned in my original review was labeled as due in April. That is all. I left a picture of the deleted response for posterity. Reduced to one star. I have literally never seen Dr Zach lane, so if he is reviewing my cats bloodwork and making these decisions I am already concerned. Prices are too high for bloodwork, I have only seen the same veterinarian twice (she is also Relief vet, meaning she is not employed there and only shows up and does not have a relationship with patients), therefore I cannot deem this as quality care. Also both times my cats had blood drawn their veins were blown on both legs. Not normal if you have skilled assistants and techs. Atop of this. The 3 times I have been in the clinic this year. I have been put into dirty rooms every time. With dog poop on the walls when me and my cats were placed into a clearly dog friendly room. When I went in for a refill not too months ago for phenobarbital, there was blood and poop on the walls, and smeared dog food on the bench. Because who is managing my cats seizures, certainly not a doctor who has seen her once. You want to charge me for a phenobarbital lab every time I come in with her. It’s needed once a year when stable. And she has been stable for 6years.

Dr. Lane and his team were so incredibly helpful and kind to me and my hen. It’s very hard to find a vet that will even see a chicken, and I am so grateful to have found Dr. Lane. He is such a gentle soul and really helped put me and my hen at ease. I can’t thank y’all enough—thank you!

Dr Lane and team are fantastic; they treat our pups with patience and care, even on their most challenging days. While our dogs may not always love getting their visits in, we couldn’t ask for a better care team!

I started taking both my dogs to East Roswell Vet Hospital when Dr. Kim first opened. And now, I trust and appreciate the vets who have taken over the practice, Dr. Lane and Dr. Still. They are both very informative and are happy to answer any and all questions. It’s obvious they love what they do and they love all their furry and feathered clients as well. The staff is friendly and also very helpful. You and your pets will be happy when you choose East Roswell Vet Hospital.
