Cooper City Animal Clinic provided absolutely phenomenal care for my dog, Gordo. When he was diagnosed with a urethral prolapse, I was extremely worried and unsure of what to expect. However, the clinic’s team immediately put my mind at ease. They were compassionate, knowledgeable, and acted quickly to ensure Gordo received the care he needed. What impressed me most was how efficiently they handled everything—they were able to schedule his surgery within just two days! The staff was incredibly professional, yet personable, explaining every step of the process and answering all of my questions with patience and clarity. On the day of the surgery, I felt confident that Gordo was in the best possible hands. Afterward, they made sure I had all the instructions I needed to help him recover smoothly and even followed up to check on him. Their genuine care and dedication made all the difference. I would like to thank the team who help me attain a health certificate for my rabbit to transit outside of the USA. The destination country had very tight turn around times and this was not helped by the travel date being over the holidays, but the team went above and beyond to ensure the requirements were met.
