From the moment I first brought my horses to your clinic, I have been consistently impressed by your professionalism and genuine concern for their well-being. You take the time to thoroughly explain every procedure, ensuring that I fully understand their health conditions and treatment options. Your ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of equine ailments with precision and efficiency is truly remarkable. You have successfully resolved both minor and complex health issues, restoring my horses to optimal health. Beyond your medical expertise, your personable nature and compassionate demeanor create a positive and comfortable environment for both my horses and myself. Been a customer for 3 years paying their monthly subscription, and spend over and above for any services and visits when they came out for buddy. I feel I have been a great customer. We just went through a major hurricane, our house was flooded in 2 feet of water and our horse was stuck in his field, we have been in survival mode being a mum of 3 and trying to situate our animals, totally slipped my mind that I had a vet appointment with buddy that I had scheduled. When they called I told them I am sorry but in an emergency we had to move buddy to a boarding stable. Cannot believe it after everyone has gone through I am still charged a $88 cancellation fee. Believe me I would suck it up of it was any other time, in fact I actually have in the past if you look at my charges. So have to care or understanding in this matter causes me to look else where for care. Very sad.

Would like to thank everyone at Brandon Equine Medical Center for saving our beloved Joy. Dr Broome was excellent and I can't thank him enough. His expertise and calm demeanor helped us make the correct medical decision which was surgery. The entire staff always greeted us with smile and special thanks to Nicole for going the extra mile. Dr Maher was assigned to Joy's case post surgery and we had a wonderful experience with him also. I hope to never have to go back, but in an emergency situation this is where I am taking my horses.

I can’t say enough good things about this hospital! Our little guy has been battling Pythium. We took him the day after the hurricane and the staff there worked religiously on him. Not only to ensure the best care but to give him the most love! Dr. Mahr is incredible and so is Dr. Richtor! Will always trust my babies in their care!!

Dr Restifo is the best! She always shows authentic compassion for the patient, helps us to understand the situation, generous with taking time to explain follow help care and doesn't hesitate to answer all of our questions. I am also impressed that she will text back to follow up and tells us we can send her a picture for her to check its progress. I don't every want to take advantage of the fact that I feel I can reach out to her any time I need help or in doubt of one of our many horses but the fact that I feel comfortable enough to do that and get help makes me want to never go anywhere else!
