Staff is helpful, however the wait time is excessive, even with a set appointment time. Also, the turn-over of personnel specially Vetenerians is unfortunate. Can’t really form a patient-doctor relationship when every visit is a new doctor and staff. Please considered better working environment, perhaps compensation so that staff does not feel the need to resigned with such frequency. Thank you

I love the team at Banfield! They have been so kind and caring towards me and my little kitty Kiwi, and they are open and honest with their instructions. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!

I have 2 dogs, I have been with Banfield for almost 5 years, but every time I go to drop off my dogs recently is the same, it takes 30 minutes for them to get my dogs inside, I can’t understand why? On top of that the bad attitude of the front desk girl today was what really got me mad, because she didn’t even care to check what was happening with the nurse that it was supposed to take my dog. And when I said that I need to reschedule because I need it to be somewhere else, she was enjoying my frustration.

Dr Hecker & Dr Rendon are amazing. I brought in my kitten and the experience was amazing. I set up a plan for a kitten I was fostering and the owner wanted the plan because of how amazing the plans are here. Super communicative, really understanding, and just amazing overall. I would recommend coming here, the vet techs and front desk associates were also so kind and communicative. You can tell everyone is so passionate about their jobs here on how the way they held the animals and just are overall extremely compassionate towards my situation. Thank you to Jess and Adrianna for being extremely kind throughout the entire experience!!

Banfield has the best most professional , accurate and caring veterinary doctors . Dr . Quiroz and Dr Santiago , Dr Hecker and Dr Rondon are amazing . The technical staff everyone of them is helpful and loving with your pet and the clerical girls are friendly and welcoming !
