TERRIBLE! Incredibly poor service right from the start; on Saturday, 10/28, I took my dog for a dental check after he hit his front teeth playing at home. First, I had to wait for over 1 hour (with appointment). After collecting my information, I had already explained that I had recent blood tests, but the young guy (Javier) told me they uploaded those but they needed new samples for “coagulation and anesthesia", weird but ok, they took new blood samples. After an extensive wait and the doctor spending only 3 minutes with my dog, he tells me we need to extract 4 teeth, which I was expecting, and that they'd provide an estimate for the surgery. When I left, they only handed me the estimate WITHOUT A VISIT REPORT, saying they'd send it via email. The estimate stated that 8 teeth needed extraction with no further explanation (because they never sent me the doctor's written report). Additionally, I realized they had conducted the SAME blood test my dog already had from Banfield. Just to charge me the almost $400 I paid on my visit. As expected, they never sent me the report or results. I reached out on Tuesday 10/31 to request the visit report and resent the email, but received no response. On Thursday morning, 11/02, I called the office and a very unprofessional lady (Alejandra) told me they saw the emails but they wouldn't provide the blood tests or a report because the doctor hadn't authorized it and he was in an emergency. I called again three hours later, and the same lady (front desk) informed me that “no clinic provides blood tests or written reports without the doctor's authorization” and that the doctor was still in an emergency. At 5 pm, I went to the clinic in person to request the tests, and I saw the doctor walking around. The same lady, Alejandra, told me that the doctor hadn't approved the report. I waited for approximately 30 minutes for another lady (Pamela) to come out, and she rudely informed me that those tests belonged to the clinic, and no place would provide them, also mentioning that they hadn't even reviewed my dog's previous blood tests, which is why they conducted new ones UNNECESSARILY, charging me twice for the same test. They finally gave me a “report” -which was only the information I gave them from the beginning- and the bloodwork results that they just made up while I was there, 5:12pm (foto reference). Besides being dishonest, they are extremely rude and impolite. It was the first and last time I left my dog in their care. It TERRIFIES me to think that I could have left my dog in their hands for a surgery, knowing they only care about money and don't even bother to maintain records or seek professional reports before discussing any procedure. WORST EXPERIENCE. Ps. They upload fake reviews to keep their stars, be aware of this place.

I really have no complaints with this establishment! they were able to give me an appointment at a reasonable time so my bunny can get examined. The lady in the front is super sweet and embodies good customer service. The Doctor and staff are knowledgeable and compassionate while I was going through an overwhelming time. I definitely recommend bringing your fur baby here. They treat Lennox with such patience and love.

We love Animal House! Our dogs are like our kids so we are extra careful where we take them for care. Dr. Rupp, Pam and the whole staff are kind, caring, knowledgeable and make you feel comfortable. Pam has gone the extra mile for us a few times and we are forever grateful. Animal House has an amazing vet and team behind him. We highly recommend bringing any of your fur babies here.

Boarding Facility is horrible. So I left my dog in their care for 2 nights and 3 days, only to pick her back and find her with a totally bruised off nose. The young ladies explanation for that was that she kept rubbing it against the cage. Why was someone monitoring to see that this was happening and if the see this happening, create a more suitable atmosphere or contact me. Secondly, I left two contact numbers for them to send me pictures of how my dog was doing an updates and no one did. Matter of fact when I asked I was told the send it to the secondary number which was a lie as no messages were sent to any of the phones. I also tried calling all weekend could not get through. a lady answered the first evening and hurriedly told me they were closed and hung up, After taking my dog home he was starving. It is very clear that the animal got very little care all weekend. Because there is no way an animal nose could get to that stage if someone was taking care. I get VERY UPSET every time I see the condition of my dogs nose. Negligence is very evident !!!!

Amazing place during my stay in Florida! My cattle dog, Hasino was assisted well for his yearly check-up. The young man assisting the Doctor was amazing. Some people need to state the truth on here because chile that's unfair to the Vet crew.
