My recent interaction with Dr. O'Brien left me thoroughly disappointed. We share a mutual patient, and I requested medical records for continuity of care. Initially, I appreciate his attempt to send them; however, the professionalism and helpfulness ended there. Unfortunately, the records didn't reach us, and when I communicated this issue, Dr. O'Brien displayed an unwillingness to resend them. Communication is a key aspect of the veterinary profession, and the lack of cooperation in this instance was unhelpful and unprofessional. While I acknowledge the initial effort, the subsequent lack of willingness to resolve the issue has left me questioning the level of service provided. Disappointed with the overall experience.

This place is awesome. No nonsense. I bring my pets and he gives them what they need. The doctor is very knowledgeable and I’m always in and out with no issues and all my questions answered. Pricing is very reasonable. My dogs love him. I love this place!

Dr.O'Brien is an amazing vet! He helped me lay my dog of 18 yrs to rest, after she took a bad tumble down a set of stairs and broke her spine. He even came to my house to help me load her in the car and help me carry her into the office. His kind and compassionate approach was just what my dog and I needed in that terribly difficult situation.

Called to ask for some prices for things my dog normally needs (ear infection care) and xrays (had a dog need them in the past) and got a rude person who said they weren't giving their price list out. Guess that is why they only have 28 reviews. None of the other Vets in the area had any issues with my questions.

I called Dr.Obrien to get a price on spaying my female Beagle. When asked if her vaccines were up to date, I told him" Yes, I take her to the mobile veterinary clinic that visits our local Tractor Supply Store. His tone immediately became VERY may and he said " If you are one of those people that shops around, I don't want your business!" I was taken aback but still tried to placate him by saying we would gladly get any needed shots at his office. To which he growled "You let them do her shots, let THEM spay her!!! I don't want your business. " If you are reading this review because you are looking for a kind gentle vet that knows how to run a business, keep looking!!! Maybe the vet should be tested for distemper himself.
