Welcome to Agape Pet Hospital
For residents of Spring Hill, Tennessee, seeking local veterinary care, Agape Pet Hospital offers services within the "Pet Hospital" category. Located at 2045 Wall St, Spring Hill, TN 37174, USA, the clinic is accessible for pet owners in the area. They can be reached by phone at (615) 302-4555 or via mobile at +1 615-302-4555 for inquiries and appointments.
The general environment at Agape Pet Hospital, as suggested by customer feedback, aims to be a welcoming and caring space for pets and their owners. One long-term client describes the staff as consistently "kind, considerate, and caring," which implies an atmosphere focused on compassionate interaction. Like most pet hospitals, they likely maintain clean and organized facilities, including examination rooms and waiting areas designed to accommodate animals. The overall impression from positive reviews is that the clinic strives to create a supportive setting for animal care.
As a "Pet Hospital," Agape Pet Hospital is expected to provide a range of common veterinary services essential for the health and well-being of dogs and cats. While specific details on their full spectrum of services are not exhaustively listed in the provided information, typical offerings at such a facility usually include:
Wellness and Preventive Care: This is a cornerstone of veterinary practice, including routine physical examinations, age-appropriate vaccinations to protect against common diseases, and recommendations for parasite prevention (fleas, ticks, heartworms). Nutritional guidance for maintaining a healthy weight and diet is also usually part of preventive care.
Diagnostic Services: To aid in diagnosing illnesses, pet hospitals typically offer in-house laboratory services for blood work, urinalysis, and fecal analysis. Imaging services such as X-rays (radiography) are common to visualize bones and internal organs, as indicated by a customer review mentioning an X-ray for a puppy's cough.
Treatment of Illness and Injury: Addressing non-emergency illnesses, minor injuries, and chronic conditions is a primary function. This includes prescribing medications, managing pain, and developing treatment plans for various ailments.
Dental Care: Oral health is crucial for pets. Services often include professional dental cleanings under anesthesia, extractions of diseased teeth, and advice on home dental care routines.
Minor Surgical Procedures: Many general veterinary practices perform routine surgeries such as spaying and neutering, as well as some minor soft tissue surgeries.
Pharmacy Services: An on-site or online pharmacy typically provides access to necessary medications, including antibiotics, anti-inflammatory drugs, and long-term medications for chronic conditions.
The feedback from actual customers highlights both positive aspects and areas of concern regarding Agape Pet Hospital's features. On the positive side, long-standing clients appreciate the consistent kindness, consideration, and caring nature of the staff. This suggests a team that values building relationships with pet owners and genuinely cares for the animals under their care. The duration of some client relationships (since 2016) indicates a level of trust and satisfaction over time for routine care.
However, a significant review raises concerns about diagnostic accuracy and communication for serious or less obvious conditions. This particular account describes a misdiagnosis of a collapsed trachea based on an X-ray, which was later contradicted by a second opinion and further scans at another animal hospital. The review also points out a delay in addressing a visible ear infection ("q-tip completely black") and advises immediate evaluation rather than waiting for a subsequent visit. The critical feedback questions the professionalism of providing definitive diagnoses without thorough professional review and highlights a potential area for improvement in their diagnostic process and client communication, especially when it comes to serious health concerns. This feedback suggests that while they may be suitable for routine care, pet owners dealing with complex or ambiguous symptoms might consider seeking a second opinion or inquiring about specialist referrals.
The "Pet Hospital" category implies a facility equipped for medical diagnostics and treatment. For Agape Pet Hospital, this means they have the capability for X-rays and other common tests, but the depth of their diagnostic interpretation or their protocol for complex cases might be a point of consideration for some pet owners, as indicated by the customer review.
Specific, current promotional offers for Agape Pet Hospital are not detailed in the provided information. However, typical promotional activities that veterinary clinics might engage in include:
New Client Welcome Offers: Discounts on initial examinations or first-time services to attract new pet owners.
Seasonal Health Campaigns: Promotions related to specific health needs throughout the year, such as reduced rates for dental cleanings during dental health awareness months, or discounts on parasite prevention during peak seasons.
Wellness Packages: Bundled services for routine preventive care (e.g., annual exams, vaccinations, basic blood work) offered at a set price, often providing savings compared to individual service costs.
Referral Programs: Incentives for existing clients who refer new clients to the clinic, benefiting both parties.
Online Store Discounts: If they operate an online pharmacy or store, they may offer promotions on pet food, medications, or other products.
For the most up-to-date information on any current promotions or specials, it is always recommended to contact Agape Pet Hospital directly at (615) 302-4555. Their typical operating hours would align with standard veterinary practice hours, likely including weekdays and possibly limited Saturday hours.
In summary, Agape Pet Hospital in Spring Hill, TN, presents itself as a local option for general veterinary care. Positive feedback highlights the kind and caring nature of their staff for routine visits and established clients. However, a notable critical review suggests potential challenges with diagnostic accuracy and communication for more complex or ambiguous cases, prompting a recommendation for pet owners to exercise due diligence, especially for serious health concerns. As a "Pet Hospital," they offer standard veterinary services, and interested individuals should contact them directly for specific service details and any current promotional offers.

Apr 25, 2025 路 Serenity Joy MillerVery disappointed. Finally decided to get a new puppy after waiting several years. Fell in love with this little guy immediately. One night at around 11 weeks old, he developed a cough. Took him to agape the next day. They did an X-ray and informed us he had a collapsed trachea which is common in morkies. We were told he could turn blue, and we needed to get our money back from the breeder along with some other horror stories. I was convinced he would never have a normal life and I was crushed for him! They showed us a q-tip completely black and said he could have an ear infection as well but said they would look closer at that in three weeks when his next shots were due. I鈥檓 not sure why that was not looked at immediately and evaluated. Anyway, we got a second opinion with a group of scans from another animal hospital that showed he was perfectly normal and had no issues. Except the ear infection which they gave him a drop in each ear and now that is gone. Super unprofessional to give advice on a scan that has not been checked by a professional. There is much more to say but you get the picture. Very disappointed and will not be back.
Feb 10, 2025 路 jeff oakesOur vet in Spring Hill closed down without warning. We are a family with 4 pups, all seniors, and 3 on medications. We scrambled to find a vet as we needed prescriptions filled ASAP. We tried the closest vet with good reviews for two of our pups and the charges were much higher and the place was less than clean. We knew there had to be another option. I called Agape this morning and they were so kind and acknowledged how difficult it is to establish new vet care. I was surprised when they shared that the clients affected by the closure of My Pets Wellness will receive a discounted initial office visit. I am so grateful for this gift. They truly live up to their name, Agape. I will update this post after our visit this week. If all goes well, we will take our other 3.
Apr 19, 2025 路 Kim AllenWe love agape pet hospital. The vets explain everything and go above and beyond. So glad we found them.
Apr 14, 2025 路 Kelly BowenI absolutely cannot say enough great things about Agape! Everyone there is great! Cooper has been so well taken care of and loved. The wellness plan is a great option and is affordable. Our experience with his neutering was flawless and I received great communication. A huge thank you to Agape!
