Dr. Samson Daniel saved our cat’s life! We are so beyond grateful. There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude. Our girl was sick for a full week before coming to AVC. We had been to our own vet and a different emergency clinic that was unable to figure out what was wrong with her (they had some ideas, but x-rays/ultrasounds were showing nothing and other treatments weren’t helping). We then transferred her to AVC who wanted to perform another ultrasound right away. They saw a shadow and went directly into exploratory abdominal surgery where they found an obstruction. For them to find and fix the problem within hours was amazing. I wish we had found and gone to them first to save our girl the pain and us the stress (and money). I hope nothing like this ever arises again, but I know that if it does I will go to AVC first. And I will forever recommend them to my family and friends! Her surgery was truly a miracle and, once again, we are beyond grateful. Thank you so much, Dr. Samson Daniel! You have such a gift and we can never repay you!

It was day for us, fearing that something was terribly wrong with our precious old Pip, our beloved cat. But we got in quickly to see Dr. Herbert Daniel, and he and his staff were so gentle with our girl. We did have to leave her for a few hours, for an ultrasound and biopsy, which made me nervous, but we left her. A few hours later we were told to come back to pick her up, and he did confirm what he already thought, she had lymphoma, likely, but sent off the biopsy. He was so very gentle with her, and with us, as we were devastated. He was gentle but very straight with us and told us the medication would likely make her feel better, but it it probably would not last more than a month or a few at the most. We were very grateful for the 5 1/2 weeks that we got with our girl. When we needed more medicine for her, we were able to get more for her. We had to say goodbye to her a few weeks ago, but I wanted to go back and give a review, even though they did not ask me to, but because I wanted to thank them for the comfort that they gave to my most beloved cat. I was hesitant to come here, as I did not know anything about the practice, and I read some negative reviews online. But I wanted to share my experience. I am a very, very picky cat (and dog) mom, which is why I was hesitant. No, they are not cheap, and I think some people are angered by that, but I think they have to be realistic and realize that verterinary care is not cheap. They were less expensive than some other places that I found. I found the prices to be about what I would expect at any other vet for similar services. So thank Dr. Herbert, for caring for my sweet Pippa. We cherished every one of those days that we were able to have with her. She had some good days and I wanted to share a picture of her laying in her slice of sun, on her favorite spot on our front porch. Even though she was terminally ill, she looks like she is smiling in the picture, and this will be one of my favorite pictures of her. We miss her so much, but thank you, 100 times over, for taking care of her.

The entire staff is so empathetic. Obviously, this is not something I wanted to experience today, however, their professional approach to emergency care made everything I was going through much better. The best news is Buster, my English bulldog, is home and is doing so much better. I can’t thank the staff enough for all of their help today. I would highly recommend them.

I am extremely greatful because they saved my cats life and helped me while I am struggling financially. They were straight to the point and very thoughtful throughout the process.
