I'm so impressed with this animal pharmacy and very grateful. We are on the east coast evacuated due to Milton on the Gulf and I ran out of my dog's important heart medication. They helped me kindly every step of the way and assured me I would have the medication before the end of the day and they did! Huge relief. A side bonus is their prices are much better than my vet and chewy so I highly recommend this business.

Aside from having the most anti user friendly website, this company’s customer service is laughable. I had a subscription for my pet’s medication that could not be completed without my new vet’s info, no problem. After updating the information on the website and resubmitting the order, I was messaged four separate times that the order couldn’t go through as the info wasn’t updating. As any person would do, I cancelled that subscription and created a new one. Please let me know why 1family1health thought it was okay to charge me TWICE (without notice) for both subscriptions even though I cancelled one. When I communicated this with customer service I was met with complete disregard to my situation although I have been a customer for several years. This company cares more about deceptively charging their customers to make more money than they care for decent human service. Save your time and energy and just buy through chewy. The $10 you save is NOT worth it.

*ETA the company did issue a refund but i stand by my advice to never order refrigerated items from them* DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY FOR COLD ITEMS. These people have no idea of the correct way to ship cold items so that they stay cold. It took well over 48 hrs to reach me and there was only one ice pack. It was completely melted and warm. So was the medication which now has to be thrown out.

I am a regular customer for my online dog products. Their products are regular prices and customer service through email is excellent. Delivery time is as expected and when I place an order requiring vet approval, they contact my vet quickly. I wish promos were offered (rare) but I like the reliability and will continue to order.

We ordered our dogs kibble from them and it arrived on time and in perfect condition. Also, at a great price! The communication with the company has been great as well. Thank you.
