### Location and Accessibility

The West Allis Dog Park is conveniently located at 11200 W Hayes Ave, West Allis, WI 53227, USA. This central West Allis address makes it highly accessible for residents within the city and surrounding communities in Southeastern Wisconsin. Its position ensures that dog owners don't have to venture far to provide their pets with a fantastic outdoor experience.

Accessibility to West Allis Dog Park is well-managed through a system that requires a dog park pass. These passes can be conveniently purchased at West Allis City Hall in the Customer Service Center (between 11:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday) or at the West Allis Police Department (between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday). The park is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., offering extensive hours that accommodate various schedules, from early morning runs to evening strolls. A dedicated parking area is available on-site, providing convenient access for visitors. While the park is set up for dogs to run off-leash once inside the double-gated entry, it's crucial that "dogs must be leashed until you enter the double-gated entry" for safety. This structured approach to access and clear guidelines ensure a safe and well-regulated environment for all users, making it a reliable choice for dog owners in Wisconsin.

### Promotions or Special Offers

As a public amenity operated by the City of West Allis, West Allis Dog Park does not offer commercial "promotions" or "special offers" in the retail sense. Its primary value to the Wisconsin community comes from providing a well-maintained, accessible space for canine recreation. However, the park does operate on a structured pass system, which can be seen as its operational "offer" to users, ensuring consistent maintenance and controlled access.

The fee structure for dog park passes is as follows:

  • Residents: $5 per day or $25 per calendar year (per dog)
  • Non-Residents: $5 per day or $50 per calendar year (per dog)

These fees ensure the park's upkeep and enforcement of rules, which include requirements for dogs to be neutered or spayed, current on rabies vaccinations, and free of communicable illnesses. While not a "discount," the annual pass offers significant value for frequent visitors compared to daily passes. The City of West Allis also outlines specific rules, such as a limit of "no more than three dogs per adult owner/guardian per visit" and that "puppies under six months old should not use the Dog Exercise Area," emphasizing safety and responsible use. These guidelines, while not promotional, help ensure a positive experience for all and are integral to the park's value proposition.

Loved going! My dog found a friend and they had so much fun together!! Only issue i have is there is hardly any street parkin even with only 3 dogs there had to park like 3 blocks away. I was told business across the street is hiring more people and their lot is small so they use all close spots for their employees

Zeus loves this dog park! Always lots of fun frens to meet & greet. Always clean & very spacious. Nice benches throughout. Also there’s a wooded area tucked in the corner to roam through. Only problem is getting him to leave once it’s time to go. Takes about an hour to walk to and from the car ‘cause he has to smell every square inch & of course mark each one. 😒😂

This dog park is great. One half is a huge open field, and the other half has trees for shade. It has a separate small dog area as well. There are water bowls scattered throughout the park, but you'll have to bring water yourself.
