Jun 10, 2025 · Teresa BensonVery nice spot to take my dog to run during the day. There was no one there at 1230pm on a Tuesday. My only ‘complaint’ and it’s not so much on the park as the people who go there, there is dog poop all over the perimeter. Pick up after your dog people!! Also leash your dog outside of the park. On other occasions I saw people walking back to their car without leashing their dog.
Jan 07, 2025 · Emily KotowskiShould be noted this dog park isn't entirely fenced, only the smaller dog area is completely fenced. City of Brookfield does 4th of July fireworks at this park and when the firework debris comes down it lands in the dog park. Attached are just some of the piles of firework debris (pics taken in September, 2 months after the 4th of July and no it's not tree bark). I asked a park ranger if the public is allowed to set off fireworks in this park and she said no, the city is the only one allowed. This confirms to me that the city has not taken responsibility and picked up the debris. When I brought up that I have found firework debris her response was " I wouldn't know about that I didn't work the 4th of July". It consistently has issues with owners not picking up after their dog, I highly recommend keeping your eyes down so you don't step in any.
Sep 22, 2023 · ColinGreat place to be outside with the pooch. Easy path in the woods too. Always find a tennis ball to throw in the fields and plenty of random bowls for thirsty dogs. Near a fun park for the human puppies too.
Jul 08, 2021 · Ranulfo VillalobosThis was a great park! We had been driving for a while and I needed a place for my dog to be able to stretch his legs and this park delivered!! Friendly people, easy to find. Large park with walking trail! 10/10 would visit again!
