May 16, 2025 · Brian W.Plenty of trees sitting areas and it's convenient so what else do I need out of a dog park nothing else. Most important thing about going to a dog park is the fact that my dogs are happy once they're there.
Dec 19, 2024 · Gerson SantosVisited here today with my 4-month-old German Shepherd-Husky mix, who is still getting accustomed to interacting with people and other dogs. First time at a dog park after her last round of puppy shots - so a very exciting moment for her. (and hopefully meet new friends besides our 9 yo husky at home she is best friends with) Unfortunately, our experience was less than ideal due to an aggressive encounter with another dog. There was a large German Shepherd at the park that was repeatedly exhibiting predatory behavior towards my puppy, even attempting to pounce on her twice. The dog’s owner seemed unaware, as they were engrossed in a conversation, despite the clear distress their dog was causing. For safety reasons, I had to intervene, yelling at the dog to stop, as my puppy was cornered near the entrance and I was genuinely concerned for our safety. It’s important to note that there is a sign at the entrance stating that “vicious dogs are not allowed.” I understand that dogs can sometimes have unexpected interactions, but it would be beneficial if park rules were more strictly enforced to ensure the safety and comfort of all dogs and owners. I hope future visits are more positive, and I believe the park would benefit from clearer attention to its safety policies & standard procedure.
Apr 04, 2025 · emma mAnother stop on our journey from MI to Naples, FL. Dogs loved all the squirrels. We didn't stay long due to humidity. Dogs didn't need another "run" but we did so anyway for potty stop & to check out all the comments about the squirrels. LOL We found Florida dog parks are best visited early a.m. before noon due to heat & humidity. Pretty close to I-75 which is why we made the stop.
Apr 14, 2024 · Kimberly SGreat dog park! Big open space with an agility course area. Big dog (20 lbs +) site is huge. Small dog area is big then most. Paved walkway to sitting area. Wheelchair friendly!
