10/2024 - They are continuing to update the facilities. Nice park, safe (behind the police dept), well maintained, restroom and a playground for the young kids and shaded seating area for parents, to watch the kids playing. There are areas for off leash dogs to run and play, with a water suppy for the dogs. Picnic shelters with tables and grills, a paved walking trail, green spaces, tennis courts, basketball courts and plenty of close parking. When I was there a crew was replacing the gravel with a new "soft surface" to the play area around the swings and slides.

Great dog park with friendly dogs and owners. There are nice facilities and a walking path around the playground if you want to take your pup for a walk.

I brought dog here for some play time & social interaction with other dogs. NOT!!! There wasn't a single person here much less any dogs or even any children on the playground equipment at 2:15 PM on a Wednesday afternoon. The park as far as dogs goes is really pretty lame. Granted it's only the 2nd one I've ever been to but comparing it to the one in Fairfield where I usually go there is no comparison. Fairfield has a HUGE pond that is cleaned regularly & 3-4 fenced areas for all the dogs from small to large breeds & much much more room for them to romp & play together. The ONLY plus I can see for Holly's Dog Park is if there are no other dogs there it would be an okay place to do some concerted dog training on the few obstacles & things they do have there. Otherwise pretty lame.

Nice setup. Like that there is a small trail that goes around that park that you can use to walk your dog as well. One negative is the equipment in the park hasn't been well maintained and is falling apart. Regardless it is still a nice area to take your dog.
