My dog absolutely loves this dog park. I absolutely love the "water feature" and lushness though I have heard from those that have been coming here longer they tend to go away in the extra hot, drought-y months. There's always been at least another dog or two for my love to chase gleefully until she's completely worn out. And then she STILL doesn't want to leave. 13/10, the best dog park ever.

This beloved local spot, nestled within Brighton, has quickly earned a reputation as a favorite among residents for its engaging features and the sheer joy it brings to canine visitors. It's more than just a fenced-in area; it's a dynamic playground designed to keep pups entertained, exercised, and utterly content.

What makes Happy Tails Dog Park stand out, as enthusiastically shared by its loyal patrons, is its blend of natural elements and stimulating activities. The park boasts a highly appreciated "water feature," often described as a "muddy little lake" that many dogs "loved" gleefully. While some longer-term visitors note that this water source can recede during "extra hot, drought-y months," its presence for a good part of the year adds a unique and exciting dimension to play, allowing pups to splash and cool off.

Beyond the water, the park offers expansive space for dogs to truly stretch their legs. Reviewers highlight that there's "always been at least another dog or two for my love to chase gleefully until she's completely worn out. And then she STILL doesn't want to leave." This vibrant social scene ensures that pups can find playmates and engage in high-energy romps, fulfilling their natural instincts for chase and interaction.

Adding to the fun, Happy Tails Dog Park features a "trail that loops around" the area, providing a more structured path for owners and a varied landscape for dogs to explore. For the more adventurous canines, there's even a "mini course" with agility elements, allowing pups to test their skills and engage in mentally stimulating activities. This combination of open fields, a water feature, a loop trail, and agility equipment ensures that the park caters to a wide range of play styles and energy levels.

The enthusiasm for Happy Tails Dog Park is palpable, with one reviewer exclaiming, "13/10, the best dog park ever. Una approved!" This speaks volumes about the positive experiences enjoyed by both dogs and their human companions. If you're ever in the Brighton area, this "pretty cool place" is definitely worth checking out for an off-leash adventure that promises worn-out pups and happy tails.

We love Happy Tails Dog Park!! The trail is about .5 miles long ands small water area in the middle. Not a lot of shade but there are covered seating areas and benches all around as well as dog bags and trash cans.

LOVE this dog park. My dog had such an amazing time, first time she played with other dogs as well as the first time she was able to go in the water all by herself without being afraid! the people who bring their dogs are so nice as well. We all just have a blast watching our dogs play together. I highly recommend this dog park to everyone! They also have toys already at the dog park to play fetch with and stuff. There is a nice trail that goes almost all the way around the gorgeous lake they have there. They make sure you have access to doggy bags all around the path and trash cans are placed all around as well. There is a gated separate area when you get there to get in and take the leash off your dog before entering the park and then another gate to enter the park! hmm love this dog park and so does my Beautiful dog Pearl.
