A quick stop on the way to Denton and located this park. Great place to take our pup and hopefully soon our grandkids to the children's park next to it. Love that our flag is flying here, 1st dog park I've visited to host it. Duke said, "I'm a happy, happy, happy dog."

Promotions or Special Offers

As a public facility managed by the City of Highland Village Parks and Recreation Department, the Dog Park at Unity Park (K-9 Kastle) does not typically offer commercial "promotions" or "special offers." Its primary value is its free access to a well-maintained and community-oriented off-leash area for dogs. However, the City of Highland Village Parks and Recreation Department may periodically host special events, pet-focused activities, or community gatherings within Unity Park, which could include the dog park area. These events might offer unique opportunities for pet owners. It is always recommended to check the official City of Highland Village website, particularly their Parks and Recreation section, or their social media channels for announcements regarding any upcoming events, maintenance schedules, or temporary closures (e.g., after heavy rain to prevent turf damage). Cute dog park next to a wonderful duck pond and a fantastic children's park with exceptional equipment to tire out the children. Meanwhile back a the small dog park lots of fun friends for my fur creatures. The folks here like practically everyone in the Denton, Corinth and surrounding areas are extremely nice and friendly. Plan a visit to experience time travel to a simpler time in Texas when everyone was polite and kind.

My review is for the small dog side only. Grass was well maintained. Saw no dog poop left behind. Water and fun for all.

Nice neighborhood, nice people, clean sidewalks, right next to beautiful school. Easy parking although PARENTS TAKE NOTE: If you have a toddler and a puppy and wanted to bring both there are signs that say no dogs are allowed in playground park area. Which I totally understand but unfortunately I learned the hard way and will have to experience the playground another day without our dog. If the playground was more open where I could easily walk around the playground and see my daughter I would have given 5 stars.

Large and small dog areas of perfect size for either. So far, both furbabies and humans have been friendly and non-aggressive. Very well kept and maintained. Our new favorite place to play.
