I always find what I’m looking for and I never have to go to Petco or Pet Smart. The owner goes out of her way to know her customers and is helpful and knowledgeable. She will place special orders if she doesn’t regularly stock a pet food you might prefer or need. And they deliver which is a great bonus. My favorite local pet shop! The owner and everyone who works at Wordly Pets is kind, knowledgeable and they always remember (and keep in stock) my dog's Primal Raw food and frozen goat milk. Huge assortment of food, toys, treats and accessories! We are so lucky to have such amazing store in our neighborhood!

Diana and crew are the best human beings providing goodies for our furry friends. They carefully curate food, treats, toys, accessories, chews, and more. They remember what our dog likes and will even hold stuff for our next visit. Our dog is picky but she loves their home-made dehydrated chicken paws.

My boyfriend and I visited June 2021 and they had some clearance bins that we basically cleared out! Their prices were amazing and products are even better! Would definitely recommend!

I ordered some aquarium supplies from worldly pets on April 13. When after 2 weeks the tracking number reflected no shipping activity, I called the store, and was told the post office had lost the order. Doubtful of that, I inquired about and registered the issue with the US Postal Service online. The following morning (a Saturday), my local Postmaster called me, and assured me that USPS had never been in possession of any item corresponding to the tracking number I was given. I called worldly pets again that same day, and talked to the same woman as before, and was told this time that USPS hadn’t really lost my items, but had instead delivered my item to the wrong address in their town, directly contradicting the Postmaster for the second time, and with differing stories. She also told me that USPS would try to straighten everything out by the end of the day, and contact her, then she would in turn contact me ... third lie. The following Tuesday, having heard nothing further, and getting measureably irritated, I called the store again, spoke with the same woman, and was told “Oh, they found the items, and we’ve already re-shipped them to you” ... the fourth lie. After waiting a few days, I decided to cancel my order with these paperback writers, and get a refund. They agreed, and told me to just refuse the order when it arrived at my house. Knowing that a refused / returned package would incur charges, I offered to re-ship the package, with insurance, when it arrived, but was told that would be unnecessary. Finally, something they said wound up being true, because May is almost gone, and the items never showed up. They issued my refund quickly enough, but after 4 doses of information from them that would have made world-class fertiliser, plus the 4 weeks of time wasted chasing them around the barn trying to get my stuff, or at least a straight answer, I realise my trust in them was poorly placed.
