Never such rude uncaring people in all my life DONT TAKE YOUR PER HERE FOR GROOMING I got tacked on a $6 charge though when I got there for equipment charge nothing online they didn't tell me over the phone so I called a few times in a day while Jordan was in getting groomed I was concerned about the cages and everything and I talked to a couple people so I called a couple times they got frustrated whatever because I'm a first-time pet owner and they banned me this is the most last class place you ever want to take your pet these people are the most rudest not caring and not helpful whatsoever even the manager should be ashamed of herself all of the people there never had such shabbily service never take your pet here they'll put him in cages too to dry off her pet instead of using a hair dryer that is just wrong be very wary of this place

My husband and I are both disabled. We both walk with a cane. When I asked the gentleman at the counter for help bc I wanted to buy some fish. I heard over the PA the help is needed for fisheries. They had us standing so long that we could no longer stand so we had to leave. So disappointed!
