The employees are always helpful, especially Jolinda. She tells me about products that I didn’t know I needed and then find out that I can’t live without. For example, the Vital Care Premier program. I originally signed up for a year and then let it lapse. That was a mistake. It only took a few weeks and Jolinda pointed out how much extra I was spending without Vital Care Premier. She suggested that I sign up again, so I did. I am very happy to take Jolinda’s recommendations about Unleashed products.

The package was ready for me. The transaction should have been quick and easy by the procedures in place, but when I went in to pickup order, the person working the register was rude. She refused to acknowledge my presence and completely ignored me. Unbelievable customer service. For future orders, I will order from a different establishment.

Asked to update the credit card used for an online order I was picking up, Shawna simply canceled the order without explaining to me that when she rang me back up, I would lose the $30 discount I had. She was very cold and didn’t seem to care. Luckily, another Female employee and the manager agreed to match the price since it was the same product. I would still shop there but be aware when dealing with people like her.

My wife called the store to inquire as to items available in stock: a small and an extra small kitten sweater for our recently spayed 14 week cat. The person on the phone said, “Yes, we have them in our store”. I drove to the store. The young man took me to the isle and there were four cat sweaters on the rack, all XXXXS size. I said, “my wife just called and you replied that both a small and extra small sweater were available”. His answer: “Someone just purchased them”. I said, “someone just came in ten minutes ago and purchased both the small and extra small cat sweater?” He said, “Yes”. You be the judge as to what really happened. I’ll say no more.

First time here, looking for birthday present for my one year old baby. Love the service. Will be back soon. Got a cute dress for her 🤭.
