The Puppy Store Salt Lake City

We were sold a puppy with deafness, testicle wrapped around abdomen, ectopic ureter and dying kidney. 2 major surgeries costing over $10,000.00 and more. We were reimbursed $1,800.00. Coming from this high-end shop that is triple the price of going to a breeder that offers you health and hearing guaranteed at half the price. This company can't offer you anything other than a quick sale. They are not concerned with the quality of animal at this high price. This puppy should have never seen the market. The puppies are so excited to see you and then you fall in love. I do believe what these people are saying about this place being a puppy mill. Buy elsewhere or be sure to read all the small print in the contract or even ask for a full check on everything before purchasing. So sad!!!!

We bought a Maltese pup here 5 years ago and he is the best thing to have come into our family. He’s got such a sassy attitude, so smart and very energetic. We love him!

We LOVE the puppy store. Everyone is always so nice and informative! My son has autism and coming to this store is always the perfect reset for him. We are saving up to buy him one to use as an emotional support dog.

After reading these reviews I am really skeptical after buying my shorkie Saturday 11/30/2024 because the next day she started having blood in her stools and doesn't have much of an appetite. So I scheduled her appointment for a wellness 12/04/2024 to make sure she is okay and that is well within the 20-day mark so if something is wrong I will fight for a reimbursement I paid $2,500 for this dog we fell in love immediately I will be so heartbroken if she is sick Within a day of getting her I will be back with updates from the vet.
