I got my Abby bear last year on 6/12/23 at puppy palace. She was 9 weeks 6 days old day we brought her home. Today is her birthday she is big 1 year old today!! We went in that day last year just to see the puppies and play with them. Once I seen Abby my family and I instantly fell in love and I knew she was perfect fit for my family. I always wanted a Pembroke welsh corgi, she just suited our family so well. She loved us as much we loved her!! My family and I could not be happier!! Puppy palace staff were wonderful with her from day met her till day we got to take our fur baby home. They always kept everything so clean there. 🐾🥰

The Puppy Palace Introduce

For local users in Manchester, New Hampshire, and surrounding areas searching for a reliable “Pet Store Near Me,” The Puppy Palace presents itself as a destination for those seeking canine companionship and pet-related supplies. Located at 14 March Ave, Manchester, NH 03103, USA, The Puppy Palace can be contacted at (603) 518-7842 or +1 603-518-7842. This pet store aims to serve the local community by providing puppies and potentially other services and goods associated with pet ownership.

Based on available customer feedback, the environment of The Puppy Palace appears to be a point of positive mention. One reviewer specifically noted that the staff "always kept everything so clean there. 🐾🥰" This suggests a commitment to hygiene and a comfortable environment for both the animals and potential customers. A clean facility is often a crucial factor for individuals looking to acquire a pet, as it indicates the level of care and attention given to the animals housed there.

In terms of services, the primary offering highlighted in the reviews is the sale of puppies. One customer recounted their experience of acquiring their Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Abby, from The Puppy Palace, emphasizing the positive interaction with the staff from their initial visit to taking their "fur baby home." This suggests that The Puppy Palace staff are helpful and supportive throughout the puppy adoption process. The fact that the customer felt an instant connection with their chosen puppy and that the staff were "wonderful" indicates a potentially positive and welcoming atmosphere for prospective pet owners.

Features of The Puppy Palace, as gleaned from the limited information, include the availability of various breeds, as evidenced by the mention of a Pembroke Welsh Corgi. The positive review also implies a process that allows potential buyers to interact with the puppies, as the customer initially went in "just to see the puppies and play with them." This hands-on approach can be crucial for individuals to assess a puppy's temperament and suitability for their family.

However, it is essential to consider all available feedback to provide a balanced and objective introduction. One customer expressed significant concerns regarding the sourcing of the puppies at The Puppy Palace. While acknowledging the cleanliness of the facility, this reviewer detailed their experience of discovering that their puppy was registered with the "ACA" (American Canine Association) rather than the AKC (American Kennel Club). The reviewer further alleges that the breeder associated with their puppy, "Ura Troyer - Countryside Kennels," and a subsequent supplier, "Select Puppies," have links to puppy mills and multiple infractions related to animal welfare. This customer explicitly advises potential buyers to "Buyer beware," highlighting a critical aspect that local users should be aware of when considering The Puppy Palace.

The discrepancy between the positive experience of one customer regarding the staff and the cleanliness, and the serious allegations raised by another concerning the origin of the puppies, presents a complex picture. For local users considering The Puppy Palace, it is crucial to weigh these different perspectives. The positive review suggests a pleasant on-site experience and helpful staff, while the negative review raises significant ethical concerns about the store's sourcing practices.

Promotional information is not explicitly provided in the given text. Therefore, local users would need to contact The Puppy Palace directly or visit their location to inquire about any current promotions, specific breeds available, or additional services they might offer, such as pet supplies or grooming.

In conclusion, The Puppy Palace in Manchester, NH, offers puppies for sale and appears to maintain a clean environment with helpful staff, according to one customer's positive experience. However, another customer has raised serious allegations regarding the store's puppy sourcing practices, suggesting a potential link to puppy mills through intermediary suppliers and a non-reputable registration organization. Local users considering acquiring a pet from The Puppy Palace should be aware of both the positive and negative feedback and are advised to conduct thorough due diligence, including asking detailed questions about the puppies' origins, requesting breeder information, and independently verifying the credentials and reputation of any breeders mentioned. It would also be prudent to inquire about any health guarantees and understand their terms fully. Visiting the store to assess the environment and interact with the staff and available puppies firsthand can also provide valuable insights for potential buyers in the "Pet Store Near Me" category.

Firstly, I don’t regret getting our sweet girl… and yes they keep a clean facility… However, I DO wish they were more forthcoming where these puppies come from. I asked all the “right” questions about her paperwork, her breeders, etc. The answers were broadly specific enough that I let it go. After taking her home is when I saw her records. She is “ACA” not AKC - which is a known feel good registration front for puppy mills so people feel more comfortable. I googled the breeder she came from and it took me all of 3 minutes to find 2 shell companies - linked to puppy mills with multiple infractions by the FDA for insane conditions. “Ura Troyer - Countryside Kennels” who then sold her to “Select Puppies” who is another MAJOR supplier with at least 500+ unlicensed hobby breeders. She also had a few health issues (my vet confirmed - I didn’t bother with their “guarantee” cause I had to wait longer than 14 days to get her into my vet. ) I love our sweet girl, I don’t regret bringing her home. It just makes me sad knowing that she came from a puppy mill and this place is complicit in this practice. Buyer beware.

This place is very clean. The pups all look clean and well taken care of cages are all kept up with and clean as well. We did play with a couple pups and asked questions on them . I would recommend going into play with some puppies, Socializing is very important as well as cuddles !

Great place but all dogs were aggressive. Left with many open bite wounds. Would not suggest taking a young child. Dogs were well taken care of and super cute tho

I can't praise Puppy Palace enough. Unlike typical pet shops, it's impeccably clean with vigilant staff promptly cleaning up any accidents. There are gated areas for playing with the puppies, each thoroughly sanitized. The puppies, showcased in unique window displays, are listed with photos on their website. Each display is well-lit with controlled temperature settings for the pups' comfort. They have beds, toys and water at all times. All puppies are handpicked from local breeders. My pup was already ACA registered. We just had to contact ACA to change the name. The Puppy Palace staff is exceptional, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Even after bringing our pup home, they were delighted to see us return for our visit over a month later. I highly recommend Puppy Palace if you're looking for your next furry family member. Their care and hospitality are unmatched, and I'm grateful for their support throughout our journey.
