Positives first… knowledgeable, great inventory, super clean tanks and store, healthy fish! ONE friendly staff member, just one. Negatives…. Downright unfriendly! Definitely not welcoming. So hit and miss with their moods, as though we are bothering them. We are definitely regulars in here and have spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars… we get excited when we get to go to the Fish store, but then they destroy our experience with their what do you want now attitude. So disheartening! We have shopped here for several years and we keep making excuses like….well maybe they’re just having a bad day. Grumpy. Miserable Really wish the owner/manager would take note of how they’re making their customers feel . There is one young man, African American staff member that is ALWAYS so helpful and friendly. Only one.

I’ve been going to this store for the past couple of years. The staff has been very helpful on any info that’s was needed for questions I had or for any other things like products and fish. Jana is who I usually deal with , very knowledgeable and very happy to help! Would highly recommend!!

no wonder they don’t give any kind of guarantee on fish , they’re ok with selling fish that are sickly and not ready to be sold . Bought a vlamingi that already had stress marks but i thought maybe it was due to copper treatment but processed to die a couple hours in my quarantine tank . My water conditions are perfect , i have multiple salt water tanks so i know it ain’t my fault. Prices seem to change frequently and are honestly pretty high now and certain staff members have nasty attitudes. How hard is it to be genuinely nice ?

This store is awesome! The store is well stocked, always clean, and the associates are knowledgeable and always happy to answer questions. Edited to add: I’ve only had a positive experience with staff and never had anyone seem inconvenienced to help me. Also want to shout out Jana who always goes above and beyond for customers.
