I came here after visiting Petland. I was curious to see how they differ from each other. Superstar Puppies was clean and neat. The staff is very friendly and not pushy. Their honestly on price was refreshing. The staff encouraged photos even though signs said no photos. Yes, the dogs are in cages, but I expected much. The dogs look fine. I am not a vet, but the dogs were moving and active. I noticed one poodle was sneezing which was odd. Would I spend $4000 for a dog from here? No, but that’s because breeders and even Petland are cheaper.

My experience at Superstar Pups Raleigh was the best. They weren’t pushy allowed us to find the right fit for us and play with multiple puppies before finding our fit. We even went home with a starter kit for our baby girl Cookie

Our experience at the pet store was exceptional! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all our questions and provided us with valuable information about caring for our new puppy. The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find everything we needed. Our puppy is absolutely perfect, full of energy and joy. We couldn't be happier with our choice and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a furry friend

My review is specifically for Zara. There’s nothing I appreciate more than a straight forward person. I was there to mainly browse at the options and to see if there were price tags listed on the pups in person. This was more of a spontaneous experience. When browsing in the store one of the puppies caught my attention and it was an immediate connection. I was able to bond with the pup for a few minutes and instantly fell in love. I will say, I used to say I’d never in my life pay the price tag I did however it was a once in a life time experience. Zara answered my questions, was patient, understanding, and professional. I had a million and seven questions and some which were repetitive but Zara still answered my questions without getting annoyed. Again, it was about the experience for me. They have financing available and several other benefits included with the pups like a free vet visit that caters entirely to your new pup. My boy have found his FUREVER HOME, & I’m very pleased with him, his health, and his temperament. Thank you Zara (unsure if I spelled it right)

What we experienced here was nothing short of wonderful. The staff made us feel so comfortable and even shared tips on how to care for our new puppy. The place was spotless, and the puppies were all happy and playful. Our little guy has already settled in, and we could not be more thrilled.
