Every time I come to this location they treat you kindly and with respect they are an outstanding example of the reptile community. Thanks for always being super cool. I’ve bought 4 cages and some other stuff reasonably priced never a hassle and they don’t hesitate to order if they don’t have something in stock.

They are seriously the absolute best. They are always super patient with my questions as a first time reptile owner. They take the time to explain what I need and why. Everyone I have met has been so awesome. Great customer service and they take good care of their animals! Highly recommend

Good people, got 4 of my tarantulas here and is where we go get all their food and also always checking out the new T's they get. My H.Mac and my goliath pink toe bird eater are my favorite Ts from here but my birdeater won't let me get a pic LOL

I met the owner of Scales 'N Tails while researching whether or not I was ready to purchase a lizard pet for my son. He dedicated a significant amount of his time to discuss several species with me, the pros/cons of each, determine which best fit our lifestyle, and answered my lengthy list of questions. He was very thorough, very educated in all of the reptile species, and never made me feel rushed. I appreciate his time and attentiveness so much! I decided we weren't quite ready for a reptile to own, but in the process learned that they are also available for hire for special events. I hired them for my son's 3rd birthday party and it was THE best party ever. The reptiles that Thomas brought to the event were so cool and not your everyday reptiles. His presentation is informative, educational, and a lot of fun. It is hard to say who enjoyed the party the most- my toddler, his older cousins, the adults, or my 88-year old grandmother. It's been 3 months since the party and my son and his cousins still love to recreate their own "reptile show" and recite some of the cool facts Thomas shared during the presentation. If you have a child (or adult) that loves reptiles I highly recommend you hire Scales 'N Tails for your event, it was so much fun for all ages. I will definitely be hiring them again for future events.
