I picked up a bearded dragon today that needs some extra love. Travis told me to bring the dragon in so they could have a look. They tested the lights we already had to make sure the output was appropriate, they suggested an electrolyte soak, and guided us on proper nutrition so the beardie can put some weight on. I'm thankful they were so open to help and checked on everything to help get Raja on the right track for his health. Thank you Scales N Tails!

Honestly was extremely disappointed after the reviews were so high for this location. Walked in and was never greeted. Walked the entire store and never asked if I needed help or had any questions. I finally asked the cost for the 75 enclosure and instead of an answer was given judgement for having my dragon out too much and not kenneling my dogs so she could explore. The young lady who was icing her neck walked past twice while making eye contact and never spoke. They were helpful to the other customers just not me and my mom. Only reason the rating isny 1 stars is because the animals seemed to be in good shape and taken care of.

Friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, and informative staff member here today, offered suggestions to other stores in town that also sell live feeder bugs. I think I'll be coming here as my go-to, though; I don't find feeders that are this energetic and healthy anywhere else.

Usually like going here but the guy behind the counter kept interrupting the middle of my questions only to walk away after answering what he thought I was going to ask. Pretty damn rude honestly. The other employees are usually nicer but maybe they lost the good ones.
