First time and I had a bad expirience. The woman that checks in client’s for vet appointments is extremely rude and un professional. This was my first time using petro service. I was the second person to enter to the store and make the line after they openned at 9 a.m. While i was waiting at the line my kids run away and i go to get then. My 2 kids are autistic. When i got back a minute later around 5 more people came to the line and the lady that checks in sent me to the end of the line after she saw me i was second on the line. If not what you say, but it’s how you say so. She was very rude and does not let me to explain to her and looks at me very más.She really needs to learn how to talk to people. I waited 35 xtra minutes because of that. Si after I did the chek in another women who was vaccinating a dog call my son bu name “ Carlos you need to be quiet” but she was very rude too. My son carlos does not speak. He is autistic and he comunicate making noise or screaming. She was very rude too. As a father with 3 kids with autism is very hard that employed from diferent places font know how to talk in this situation. So the lady did the chek in new my son was autistic because intold her before and they don’t care. If you are animal lover, and you act like that with desabilities kids you are a bad person, my son was not bother anybody, he just was showing his happyness looking the camaleon and hi express his fellieng. I’ll not go back never. If you don’t like my kids I’ll never go back

Love the Petco staff for helping me find a carrier and supplies for our furbabies. A bit pricey, but they had what we needed.

They offer bulk refill for kitty litter which I’ve been using since getting my new kitties a few months ago. Great selection of food including prescription pet food. They have a decent selection of cat accessories and enrichment items but even better selection for the doggos.

Petco Grooming at 3050 North Powers Colorado Springs has the worst customer service! Brought in our dog for a grooming appointment 15 minutes early and was told by our pet’s groomer that we needed to wait. Then about little over 5 minutes later he left without saying anything. So we waited because apparently it wasn’t 2pm yet and then two minutes before our appointment another groomer told us that our groomer had an emergency and had to leave! So why couldn’t our groomer say anything before he left instead of making us wait???? It doesn’t take that long to say “I’m sorry I have an emergency and have to leave so I’ll have someone help you reschedule.”
