This puppy ice cream parlor is GENIUS!!! Stumbled upon it while visiting Philly for business, and it singlehandedly made my trip. My dog LOVED her half scoop of pumpkin ice cream with banana chip topping. The server was incredibly pleasant and added a cherry on top to the experience! This will be my first stop the next time I’m in Philly.

Feb 08, 2025 · Harsh PanchalMy pup is allergic to almost everything, but there are two flavors here that he can safely enjoy—and he absolutely loves them! We’ve been here before, but this time Minh made our experience truly memorable. He went above and beyond to explain everything, helped us with photos, offered wipes, and made sure we were comfortable in every way possible. His kindness, patience, and attention to detail really stood out. If everyone provided service like Minh, every visit would be just as amazing. We’ll definitely be back and recommend this place to all our furiends!
Mar 01, 2025 · Sara HssThe most amazing place to bring your puppy. Everything about salty paws is great. They sell doggy outfits, toys, treats, cookies, and ice cream. The staff are wonderful. We and especially our puppy had the most amazing experience here. The whole ambience of this place is magical and a paradise for dog lovers. Our Tico was in puppy heaven after eating his first ice cream! We will definitely be back and highly recommend Salty Paws.
Nov 29, 2023 · MiraI usually don’t leave reviews but I’m bit disappointed and annoyed. I was very excited about this place as I have heard good things about it. Me and my husband went here to get our dog a birthday cake and ice cream. The pictures on google look fun! But when we walked in we were greeted by a very unmotivated, uninterested girl, making us actually feel awkward. So awkward, that I felt like it would be a bother to ask her for some ice cream. However, we still shopped and bought some items. Now the annoying part. We got our dog a birthday cake. Normally I get one from the dog bakery in Manayunk but my husband suggested coming here. We paid $20 for a “cake”. At home, we’re trying to cut the cake, JUST TO FIND OUT ITS 3 RICECAKES STACKED ON TOP EACH OTHER. $20 for that?! Also, it was so sweet that we decided not to feed it to our dog since sugar is bad for dogs. Wouldn’t you assume a pet shop owner would know that? All the cakes I have gotten before at other shop were made of actual ingredients, not rice cakes. Really disappointed. Walked in and thought the shop was cute, but the person working the register plus the rice cake “cake” for $20 were only worth 2 stars.
