Sabrina's Reptile Kingdom

This place is so knowledgeable and kind. I take my two young kids here at least once a month just to look at all the animals and every time we come in everyone is always so nice and takes the time to show the kids all the current animals and educates is about them and is so passionate about them. They are humane and I can tell they genuinely love taking care of the animals and have a true passion for them And the fact that they are so inviting and welcoming to us every time consistently even though they know we aren't there to buy anything (at the moment) is very refreshing and we LOVE it! Thank you so much!

Very disappointed in Sabrina's Reptile Kingdom. The shop is dirty. Animals in unclean cages stacked haphazardly all over the place. Water bowls were BONE dry. I really really hope for the poor creature's sakes that this was just my experience and isn't a daily occurrence. I noticed feces in several tanks. Tanks are bare.... no hides or enrichment for any of the reptiles. The owner is making money off of these animal's lives, the least they can do is provide them with clean and safe living conditions. Really sad to see yet another reptile keeper that is so blatantly disrespectful to their animals. Honestly this shop is BAD, probably the worst I've seen. A day's work cleaning and the whole place could be turned around. Reptiles are fairly easy to take care of and the fact that the owner/employees/whoever couldn't even fill water dishes upon opening is really sad. Can't imagine what the snakes in the racks that aren't visible to the public are dealing with. I actually can't even believe the owner feels comfortable opening their shop to the public because of how blatantly awful the animals are treated. Only reason I'm giving two stars is because the frozen rats were very inexpensive, however because the shop was so dirty I'm hesitant to feed the purchased rat to my snake.

I can't say enough good things about this place; the staff here are outstanding members of the reptile community. They care about the welfare of the animals, and actively educate their customers, which can be uncomfortable but is CRITICALLY important, since reptiles can't complain if they're neglected. When I moved up from Texas almost two years ago, these guys made me feel like I brought a piece of home with me. I've moved away, and I'm sad to lose my Sabrina's Reptile family. From day one, they were so kind.

visited for the first time to get my son a snake, and I was incredibly impressed by the helpful and friendly staff. We left feeling completely satisfied with both the great deals we received and the excellent service. Although we live in Coventry, we'll definitely be returning for all our future needs. Thank you, Derek and the entire team!

Super nice people, but DIRTY sad shop. Stopped in today and was by far the saddest reptile shop in have ever been to. Place looks like a junk heap. Animals look not well taken care of / all on newspaper. Sad to say the customer service / greeting was awesome (thus the two stars) but 3 mins here had me running and sad. 😭 I just needed substate but I couldn’t even find that. Honestly, praying for these animals every night from now on. I wish I could rescue each one but I couldn’t chance one being sick or mites. I can see they have a great vision but what a terrible kept shop it’s just so bad in there for the animals. Took all my clothes off when I got home as a mite precaution. Sorry if this sounds dramatic but they can do much better.
