Puppy Palace

Great place and great selection of breeds. It is very organized and clean! Got my morkie puppy here and it was such a good experience. The owner Kevin was very informative and helpful and showed that he really cares about the dogs! Totally recommend

We brought our little Morkie, Zoe, home yesterday. The process of getting her was made super easy by the owner, Kevin. We waited about a week for her to get an additional vet check. We stopped in multiple times and each time Kevin was pleasant and kind. He made sure we had the proper food and knew how much and how frequently she’s been eating. As for the actual puppy, she has adjusted even better and faster than I expected her to. We had no problems in the car, at home, eating, sleeping, or with our other dogs. She is kind, cuddly, and playful; enough energy for the both of us. She’s the perfect fit. Zoe is the second dog we have gotten from the Puppy Palace, happy and healthy dogs!

We adopted our dog Rosie from here (half Bichon half shihtzu). She's been a treasure! Absolutely loving and affectionate. We have had her a month and she just had her first vet visit and all was well (no worms or anything like that). We are so happy to have found her here! Also, the owner is a stand up guy. My two youngest son's and I went to just look, and ended up falling in love with Rosie, so I asked the owner if he could hold her for us so that I could go buy a cage and some other dog items (being they were closing in an hour). We went back the next day and despite somebody trying to buy her right before we got there (we actually passed them leaving in the parking lot) he was a man of his word and kept her for us even though we didn't leave a deposit... wonderful experience all around!

I will start off this review with saying I would not change a thing about purchasing my puppy from Puppy Palace. He is absolutely wonderful and was fairly priced. Kevin was helpful and very low-pressure throughout the process. The store seems well-maintained and their selection is great. But, as with most pet stores, I would prepare yourself for the very real and very stressful possibility of bring home an ill puppy. Our puppy was set to be checked by the vet one last time the day we were allowed to pick him up. We were playing with him in the cage and heard him cough several times while waiting for the check up. Once the vet arrived, he examined our puppy and immediately after were cleared to take him home. The next day, upon realizing just how lethargic and overall ill he seemed, we took him to our family vet where he was diagnosed with severe pneumonia/kennel cough and later found to have worms as well. Kevin kept his word and reimbursed us for the medical costs, but bottom line is any vet who listened to our puppy’s chest on that last check up would not have cleared him to come home. He didn’t develop such a severe upper respiratory illness overnight. The first week with our new baby was extremely stressful and his treatment plan to get him well was rigorous. Our vet worked closely with us to get him well, and we are extremely thankful that he recovered beautifully. All in all, we could not love our pup more. His disposition is wonderful and we are so lucky he’s ours. But do be aware of the likely possibility of bringing home a sick puppy when you shop at a pet store.

My husband and I decided to go look at the puppies at the Puppy Palace. I was honestly thrilled with the cleanliness of this store and the puppies that were there. The owner Kevin gave us a an overview of what he had and we fell in love with a little Shih-Poo female who we named Miss Beth. He explained all of the paperwork that he gave us. I highly recommend this store if you are looking for a new puppy Michelle Hetzel
