Pets Plus - Lawrenceville

Do not purchase a guinea pig from Pets Plus! They do not feed them the proper amount of hay, and they buy them in bulk assorted genders meaning you can end up with a pregnant female. I offered to buy hay just for them to put in the enclosures they are in. If you did any research on the proper care of these animals you could clearly see this is not the type of care they should receive, even temporarily.

The customer service is awesome. The manager and staff are always so friendly and knowledgeable. The rewards are great too.

Took my bunny and piggy to Brittany for grooming! She is beyond amazing! I highly recommend her for all types of animals big or small. She is so nice and kind :)

Pets Plus is a great pet store located at the edge of Lawrence Township. Just before the circle. located at 111 Lawrenceville Rd, Lawrenceville, NJ 08648 If you have a Dog, Cat, Iguana, Rabbit or fish. This is your place. They have dogs (puppies) available for adoption. They come Vet certified and are various prices. I have only seen mixed breeds and the adoption fees seem to start at $300.00 up to $500.00 depending on where they have been rescued. The breds vary and they move out fairly quickly. There are also Rabbits available for purchase. This Pet store has all your food and treat needs. I find their pricing to be in line with any pet store. The store is well stocked with high quality food products and treats. There is also a grooming service on site. The staff is engaging and friendly. I find this store to be a great experience. And go there often. If you are a frequent buyer there is a store rewards club you can sign up for with a phone number. After you buy enough items you receive points for dollars spent. the rewards are for $5.00 off. It is not a big discount. But, it us fair and comparative with any Pet Store you patronize.

Callled to ask the age of my bunny lady had terrible customer service didn’t even try to figure it out. There were 3 employees there when I bought my bunny and she didn’t bother to ask any of them. Said the bunny is between the ages of 6months and 11? Definitely not right. Tired voice sounds like she needed some sleep. I will be calling back tomorrow to speak with literally anyone else. I know ur tired and ur working. But the phone is there for people who need help. I wasn’t expecting an exact birthday on my bunny but I was expecting a smaller rage between 6 and 11 months. Which is definitely wrong. Didn’t bother to check on anything at all. Girl go home get some sleep and maybe think about getting a different job. U work with animal lovers.
