Loved my experience with Puppy Dreams. Priya was so helpful from the time we arrived to the time we left with our new fur baby. She was sweet and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place for your next puppy. Avoid being scammed and shop here.

Priya was absolutely amazing! She answered every question I had and made sure we left with the puppy of our dreams! She gave us amazing advice on how to acclimate our sweet girl once we are home. And I’m truly impressed with the level of care and customer service we received. We are thrilled with our new puppy and the entire experience!

I recently got a yorkie from Puppy Dreams, buying the puppy package as well. I was happy with my purchase UNTIL we got told by a vet she had PARASITES in her poop. A few months later I went to go get her groomed, her coat was quite long with a few mats. I requested they didn’t cut her fur on her face or back.I dropped her off for a few hours and came back to her still having a few mats in her fur. I requested they double check her to make sure they got them all. They spent around 30 minutes back there and she still came back with SEVERAL mats. When I got home I realized they cut an uneven amount on her back with a bald spot. Along with her rear end having multiple mats. It’s disappointing how many mats she came out with, it was a significant amount more than what she went in with.

Ivan, on top of being dashingly handsome, clearly knows his stuff and made the whole process smooth and fun, while offering great advice about breeds and care. But the real star here is the experienced puppy technicians. You can tell they’re passionate and truly knowledgeable about every breed they carry. Sophia is amazing and was working hard to ensure every puppy was taken care of. A big thank you to Puppy Dreams for the wonderful experience—and for helping me find my new best friend!
