Pickfish Pets is a great store to go to for all your fishy needs. Mike the owner is super knowledgeable and has helped me so much with my betta fish, Finnegan. I rescued him in June from a dollar store and he’s now a happy little fish all thanks to Mikes help. I can tell he truly loves what he does and I appreciate all the help and advice he’s given me. I highly recommend going to pickfish pets.

I would give this place 10 stars if I could I have been to many aquarium stores throughout New Jersey and many places are not very welcoming of someone who is new to fish keeping. I talked to the owner about starting a saltwater tank and mentioned I was intimidated and would stick with freshwater for now. He took time to break down the process and answer all my questions and gave me solid advice on how to get started.He made me feel comfortable and welcome - Without any judgment as a newbie. The tanks are well kept, prices very reasonable and superior customer service. AND he had the fish I was looking for that no one else did!

Great aquarium shop with a very knowledgeable and friendly owner. Mike truly cares about the hobby and provides exceptional service. Not only do they stock healthy fish and inverts, they have a ton of nice house plants to browse. Each time I go in, I see Mike working hard, improving the store a bit each time. We are lucky to have an honest and local fish store in the area!

Came to this store for some aquarium plants, and was very impressed with how beautiful it was inside. All the tanks are gorgeous, and the animals look really healthy and taken care of. The employee helping us was also extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I'll definitely be coming back for all my aquarium needs!
