so at first I was not a fan or pleased, we all have rough days. and as someone who is strong on doing the right thing. they did just that and more. we had a rough start. But they understood everything and really did way more than i would have thought to make it right!!!! if you read my first comment i hope you take time to read my second. The owner was amazing to my wife and very kinda to my wife. those things mean a lot to me as a person! we will gladly be going back to use them again, and we say thank you for doing what you did we are very sorry if we made any trouble in your day. I'm also happy to say our dog looks amazing! he is so clean and soft his ears and belly or super clean! see you again in a few weeks!

I absolutely LOVE this store. We frequently visit for crickets and reptile supplies, but we also enjoy the nice selection of pets. They have everything from fish to birds. They're knowledgeable and care about the animals. The store is well stocked, the staff are always helpful and pleasant. The owner is a sweetheart! They are an asset to the community!

What a fabulous old school pet store! We had a wonderful time visiting with the puppies, snakes, ferrets, turtles and fish! They have a terrific selection of pet items and supplies. The manager, Mercedes, is absolutely awesome! She is kind, helpful and loving. She has an exceptional intuition about animal behavior, and she provided a lot of helpful information about dog training and some background on behavioral patterns. She is truly passionate about her job, and the community is lucky to have her as a resource of knowledge and help when choosing a family pet. We had a lovely experience and will return soon for more toys and treats!

Pets unleashed is one of the best pet stores I've ever been in. It's clean, bright, the animals are always taken care of. Very knowledgeable staff. Even if they don't carry what you want, they will order it if they can. Friendliest pet store ever!! Wonderful!

We happened by this old school pet shop while on vacation and figured we would stop in and buy so gifts for our fur babies. We'll we walked out with 2 new fur babies and the entire experience was amazing. Whitnie took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. All of her staff were friendly and we can't wait to go back next time we are in town.
