I wish i could have given negative stars. I have been visiting this store for last 7 year or more. From last 2years the Quality and cleanliness is getting worse day by day. For last one year I have seen very bad and have given prompt feedback to store people and today I even talked to store manager. Nil the store manager. I have talked to him, given prompt feedback on the fish section. His response was very bad. This is all we can do with our staff and you can't expect everything to be perfect. This was his feedback. Very dirty and very below safety standards. I'm attached the picture for reference. Always No one will be in the fish section and every time I have to wait at least 15 to 20mins for a representative to come and attend. Tanks are always dirty all the below doors will be open. Very disappointed. Hope petsco will take necessary action.

I purchased a 12ct large superworm. It contained 6. I wanted to get small ones as well but they were dated from February and were already large sized. I'm new to this side of town. I always shopped at the cherry sale location before moving. Now I will be taking my business elsewhere.

First time buying and visiting this store! And we will no be back! The actitud for the casher rachael was no according! She looks very upset every time and with bad mood.. this is a pet store and i Think they need to be friendly with guest but also with dogs. She told us that our dog was getting in the way and more coments like that. Please, he's a puppy. Comments like this don't make sense. Please, I recommend checking the customer service of your employees since this causes potential customers not to return.

I wanted to bring to your attention my recent experience at your store. Unfortunately, I found the cashier at the front, who had purple hair, to be quite unhelpful when I asked for assistance. It seemed she was not willing to provide support, which was disappointing. I believe it's important to have staff members who are eager to assist customers, especially as they represent the store. She did not have a name tag, so I wasn't able to catch her name.

Had a great visit here looking for a crate for our dog, Thomas was very professional, helped us out and price matched their online price for us! There is everything you need here for all of your pets, I like to bring my dogs here to get their nails trimmed here! Make sure you stop by and check them out!
