Had a really great experience today. I needed to find a product for my dog and a male associate helped me without me asking. He looked, checked the back, and even ask I assume his manager for help. Then the lady ordered it for me. I wish I got their names for recognition, but I was very pleased with their help. I was there around 11:30-12pm

The team member who helped me out first looked like he hated his job. And we over heard him talking to the manager about how much fun all these tasks were; referring to helping us out in our purchase/adoption process (being sarcastic). He then did not know how to treat the guinea pig properly as he pushed him into the box with the plastic house instead of grabbing him with his hands so that he wouldn’t hurt him. Lastly, he didn’t even give us time to look at our guinea pig and when I got to the car to pick him up off the box we realized the guinea pig was sick and one of his eyes was completely shut closed.

I am very grateful for Petco. They take care of me. I am a handicap man in a wheelchair partly blind. They direct me to the right pool for turtles Vicious and my dogs I am very grateful. God bless you, Petco.

Always a fun visit at this petco location. This store is always very clean and very orderly which is great anytime you step foot in a store. The staff is always very cheerful, helpful, and friendly. They do have a good assortment of toys, pets beds, and flea products. They also have a good selection of specialty foods and probiotics and such in case your pet ever gets sick. It's also worth it to have their mobile app because if there are any online sale prices they will also match the lower price in store when you checkout. Last visit I made there the items I got were half off online and with the price match at checkout it saved me $40 which was great!! They also have pet services in store. Cheers.
