Excellent store… I was a little bit about jerk… because I couldn’t find a fish once I got home… and I’m sorry for that… Matt the manager took care of the situation… we found mutual understanding and he seems to be able to do a good job of taking care of the store. the store was good. Lots of fresh fish and everything was well cared for. Apologies Matt. Thank you excellent store.

The woman, Denise, is absolutely the most AMAZING employee we have ever encountered! And I literally mean EVER! ❤️ We had just gone through any pet parents worst nightmare… having your fur-baby go missing. Not for a few hours, either… Our boy had been running for all over town for nearly a month before we had found him. To celebrate, we had come in to buy something special for our little guy to help fatten him up a bit (since he had lost nearly half his body weight and was skin and bones). We had been so excited and just wanted to scream it to the world that we had found our baby. Now, I will admit… I can talk folk’s ears off on any regular given day and drive them crazy when I over share (especially to strangers). With Denise (I hope I’m spelling her name right) though, she had just sat there and listened attentively. She shared in our joyous excitement, even telling us stories about her own fur-babies at home. This beautiful woman had made my husband and I feel extremely welcomed and appreciated. I just love coming across employees who show how much they truly care for customers and the little critters in their lives!!! 💕 This will forever be our go to store for our baby’s treats and toys as long as there are wonderful people like Denise there to help us out, whether it be in finding the best treats or lending a shoulder to lean on. Thank you so very much!!!! 🥰

Denise was super kind and friendly! She gave us a coupon for whimzees which are my dogs favorite! She informed us in store promotions happening on Saturdays at this location & shared some samples for my dog, thank you Denise for your amazing customer service ☺️

Picked up my dog from grooming, had a great interaction with groomers and my cashier however was completely disregarded and interrupted during the transaction by RJ complaining about not being able to use a machine. Instead of waiting or politely responding, he completely interrupted and was rude to the cashier and myself.

Vet tech was condescending. Cat had been spayed but she says they can't look at her tooth without giving her another rabies shot! Was rude. I came here because I figured I'd get a better opinion. But obviously that's not true.
